Call2Action.ai is an AI recruiting platform for US trucking fleets. Carriers use it to hire CDL-A, CDL-B and non-CDL drivers, along with mechanics, dispatchers and warehouse staff, without the three-week hiring cycle that leaves trucks parked. The platform runs the full pipeline. It generates and qualifies driver leads, then an AI voice recruiter calls every candidate within 30 seconds, in any language, at any hour. It asks about CDL class, endorsements, experience and home time, scores each answer, and hands recruiters a ranked shortlist with audio recordings and skill ratings. Screening runs automatically in the background: MVR, FMCSA history, carrier history, background checks and drug tests. Onboarding follows the same day, with W-2 and 1099 contracts, lease agreements and DOT documents signed digitally. Call2Action.ai integrates with the tools fleets already run, including Turvo, Motive, Truckstop, DAT, HubSpot, RingCentral and Zoom, so dispatchers keep their existing workflow. More than 180 US carriers hire through the platform today, with 100+ AI agents dialing in parallel and most drivers moving from lead to hired within a day. Pricing is flexible: pay per interview, or a monthly subscription based on hiring volume. Every fleet can start with a free pilot on its own candidate pipeline. The company is based at 320 High St, Palo Alto, California, and works with carriers across the United States, from owner-operators scaling a first fleet to companies running hundreds of trucks. Saves us time on driver screening

We’ve been using Call2Action.ai as a paying customer, mainly for the AI candidate calls and screening.

The biggest difference is the amount of time we save during the early stages of recruiting. Instead of spending hours on initial calls and going through every candidate manually, we receive the information in a much more organized way. This makes it easier to see who is a good fit and who should move forward.

The screening process has also made the handoff to onboarding smoother because we already have the important candidate details collected. We still review everything and make the final hiring decisions ourselves, but Call2Action.ai handles a lot of the repetitive work.

Our experience has been positive so far. It’s a practical tool that has made our recruiting process easier to manage.
