Excellent customer service. Their response time to my question regarding my most recent delivery was answered within an hour of me sending the email. This is my second order with Calipouch.

Overall excellent service
Overall excellent service. Usually quick delivery. The only hiccups I've had are one delayed order, which Calipouch then discounted for me, and I have had to switch brands a little too often, but that seems to be more about the CA regulations than anything else. All-in-all, I'm happy with the service.

Hi Joe,
We’re sorry for the delivery issues you experienced with this order.
After the original shipment encountered a UPS routing issue when the delivery was redirected to an access point, the package was unfortunately returned by the carrier. As soon as we became aware of the problem, we immediately shipped a replacement order and provided a new tracking link.
According to UPS tracking, the replacement package was successfully delivered on Thursday, February 26 at 6:00 PM to the residential address on the order.

Easy and direct
Buying with Calipouch was super easy and direct. The website was straightforward, and I was able to find my product easily. There was also a fast turnaround time to receive my order. Definitely recommend!
