I bought the vanilla flavor really tasty!

I ordered 4 bags of protein and California Performance added a free sample pouch to my order. When the package arrived, it only contained the sample pouch. However, the entire order was marked as "delivered" on my order details page. I had to reach out to their customer service for them to tell me that there was a glitch in their system that cause my order to partially ship. In addition, one of the items I ordered was no longer in stock because so much time had passed. They promised to send the in stock items and provide tracking information, but I have not received that yet. I can't help but feel like they would not have noticed their mistake had I not reached out. They did not even apologize for the error.

We love this protein powder. As vegans who want to make sure we are getting enough leucine, but not have any impact on animals, this is so helpful.
The only thing is that the nutrition label is incorrect. 2TBSP of California Performance Co. is actually 10 grams of protein, not 20 grams! Please look into that so your athletes can ensure they’re getting enough protein when they use your products.

The vanilla flavored protein tasted "synthetic." I was expecting a creaminess to it or maybe more of a vanilla bean taste. Mixed berry flavor quality was like an off-brand strawberry sugar candy.

Overall, flavors can be improved. If they were to be reformulated, I would try again simply because of the ethos of this company!! Thank you for reading.

Great product wondering if there's a way to buy your protein powder without getting a shaker bottle?

Mixed Berry flavor is quite good. Flavors from other makers of Perfect Day whey seem to aim for exotic flavors -- nothing I'd want to eat day after day. Keep it simple. Even better would be to ditch the stevia and other sweeteners entirely.

I was excited to receive the shaker as I have been wanting an insulated shaker bottle for a while. The logo started wearing out in the first week and can be scratched off with your nail. It’s a single wall construction so it is not as effective as I’d like it to be at keeping things cool. I also did not hear back from their team after reaching out to see if the logo wear is normal or if it was defective. Although the protein I got seems great, if you’re looking for an insulated shaker, I’d recommend looking elsewhere for something with double wall insulation and better construction.

Great taste. Not full of sugar. Whey protein without the hormones, cruelty and environmental impacts of dairy. Excellent.

First of all, thank you for making this product. There is ample research about the performance benefits specifically of whey protein, and I haven't been able to take that in years since I'm vegan.
The delivery was prompt, the order process was very smooth and streamlined. The only issue I have is with the product itself. Both the free sample (berry flavor), and the chocolate flavored one didn't taste amazing. The berry tasted a bit like medicine, and the chocolate one tasted a bit more like coffee rather than chocolate. Other than that the product is great, and I'm already seeing gains. ;)

The sewing machine base fits my machine perfectly. It is sturdy and well made. Because the old, all metal, sewing machines are heavy I may put some handles on the sides of the base to help me lift it. My order was filled and sent with no delays. Many thanks for the good product.

Product’s taste is awesome. Overall, is one the best protein powders in the market and I have tried many different brands and flavors. Price is reasonable for what you get.
