Believe what others are saying about this company and being fraudulent. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks now for my items.

Trying to track an order or get a decent response as to what’s happening with your item does not exist.

I didn’t receive my items and the only communication I’ve received is that they will give me a 20% credit back.

How does that even make sense when I didn’t even get 1 item from the multiple items I purchased.

Do not buy!!!

Order was never received. I have emailed the company and messaged them on social media and have not had any responses. I will be contacting my bank to claw back the payment.

This is a fraudulent company. Basically dropselling clothing from cheap Chinese wholesalers. Ordered 2 items did not arrive after 5 weeks even though the shipping said 2-5 days. Never replied to any emails I sent. Just some kid trying to make quick money through clever advertising. Avoid at all costs you will only be disappointed. Luckily managed to get money back through Klarna otherwise I think I would of lost £100.

Learnt my lesson - should have read the reviews before I spent nearly £200! Goods never arrived. Think this is a fake company. Avoid avoid avoid. Will request refund through my bank.

Ordered a t-shirt, didn't like the material, so I returned the t-shirt promptly. Charlie, the director of Cali-Clothing told me on 30 April I would get my refund "within one week". It's 19 May and I still haven't received my refund so will be having to raise a dispute with my bank.

Never will order agine from them delivery is taking weeks now

Do not order from here it’s a scam.
All correspondence has been ignored, through social media and 3 email addresses provided.
Dispute has been raised with my bank to try and get my money back, and reported to trading standards

I ordered 3 items on February the 15th 3 of the 2 the items came later than expected delivery date of which was two long sleeve polos which to be fair I am quite happy with the products but its been over 3 months an still haven't recieved the jumper that was ordered in that order I've emailed on numerous occasions got a reply of someone saying they be looking into I even asked for a refund for the jumper which nothing has come of it and they are still selling the jumper on the website an are saying it is in stock this is professionally totally unacceptable and is a disgrace from cali clothing as a whole.

The service has been poor. After two weeks I still have not received my order. I emailed the company a week after I placed the order asking for the tracking number, to which they replied they were making my order a priority and expediting the shipment. Cut to a week later and still no product or even a tracking number. I have asked for my money to be refunded since they don't seem to be able to get my order out the door. Save yourself the trouble and don't order in the first place.

Ordered on the 30/04/2024 and it’s now the 09/05/2024 and still have not received the items or even an email to say it’s been dispatched! Thinking it could possibly be a scam!

My ordered goods have not yet arrived, and I have not received any notification about the possible delivery!

I Still haven’t received my order from 4 weeks ago? I have no idea when (If) I will be receiving it.

Items arrived very slowly and all separately. Extremely slow process for refunds and still waiting now.

I received my order much later than expected, but the sweater is of good quality.

Fraud. Please do not be scammed. They took my money and are ignoring my emails.
I will give them 1 more week to respond otherwise I’m going straight to my bank to file a complain against this company. 4 weeks I’ve been waiting to exchange my top, they replied to my emails at the beginning but now they have gone ghost. Pls avoid this company at all cost.

Had written a negative review but since then I have received my products so I’m changing it.

It took about 3 weeks to be delivered after countless emails with no replies. As soon as I informed them I’d raised a dispute with my bank the order was sent the next day.

I’m happy with the products even if the quality has changed slightly still good value for money.

Shame about the abysmal customer service.
Changing from a 1 to a 3 star

ordered 11 days ago and still nothing has arrived, no update email, iv tried to email them a number of times but not getting anything back, looking at the other reviews they have clearly bitten off more than they can chew and cant handle the work load, don't waste your money ordering here!

Still waiting for my items and not getting any response.
