Been almost 4 weeks after ordering £200 worth of clothes with 4-6 days delivery. No tracking I can follow, nothing delivered.

My order never arrived, tracking link points to a Chinese carrier with no info. Basically a scam. Avoid!!!!!!

This I’m sure is basically a scam. You can’t track your order, nothing ever arrives and the customer service email address doesn’t work. I’ve reported it as fraud.

Scam. Purchased trousers over a month ago… nothing.

This company is not UK based, even though it appears to be, item came late via China and was too big, despite ordering the smallest size, reply received to chase e-mail pre delivery, but since delivery, no reply to two e-mails about returning the item, and you only have 14 days to return it, very poor service, buyer beware!!

Scamming website do not order from them!! I purchased a top and then they tell me the order doesnt exist. I did not recieve my item nor a refund and have been ignored by their "customer service" team.

Absolutely disgraceful company, dirty bast**** have ripped me off for £48.
Ignoring so many of my emails and guess? My order has never arrived!
Their false advertising should be removed immediately. Stay well clear!!!!

Its not a company it's a one man band working from a house who's ripping people off. He got an idea that he pushes on Instagram and the models look really good. The quality of the products are really poor and there is zero customer support and no chance to do an exchange let alone a refund.

Ive order orders 5 peices now that has cost me the best part of £250 but the quality is like a what you get from the market and totally not what you are seeing on the obline adverts

After reading the reviews (after already placing my order) I was sceptical about it arriving and if it did the actually quality of the clothing. Well my order arrived today after 8 days which given the time of year was quite fast I thought and the tops are actually really nice, they’re for my son for Christmas so not sure what they’ll look like on him or how they will wash, but they look good so I’m hopeful 👍

Stolen my money and ignoring me. I bought a few items, nothing. Chased them and got a response that promised resolution but failed again. They are now not responding to any contact, absolutely vile company. They need to be blocked by all marketing as it’s clearly a common issue. These need regulating.

STAY WELL CLEAR. Ordered a top size was too small.
I contacted customer services, thinking it would be a simple process to return it. And all I get is email after email making excuses and asking me the same question again and again saying the item has been delivered. I replied, saying yes, I know it’s been delivered. I’ve told you this twice. Then they send another apologizing and asking the same question again instead of just giving me the details to return it and get a refund. Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced do not make my mistake. Do not use this company at all. I am still battling to try and get a refund. They just ignore emails.

Shit quality and really really horrible service customer.l bought a t-shirt from last year but I after a week l sent them an email to send me address to return my item but they sent me wrong address and I lost t-shirt and I lost my money. Hopefully none buy nothing with them.

Placed an order and paid for on Sept the 19th 2024, Only recevied the goods on Nov 3rd 2024.....way too late for when i needed it, which by then i was forced to purchase the same item elsewhere.
Emailed them immediately to return the goods and took them nearly two days to reply to me...they didn't provide m with the process of their return, but took them two days to reply and ask me if i still wanted to return the goods. They claim to have a 14 days return policy to which they clearly been instructed by their directors (if you can address them as such) to stall and delay as much as possibly to force customers out of their 14 days return window. Absolutely disgusting tactics and business scam policy. Nearly three days now since i contacted them and still no answer how and where to send the goods back to. Now according to them i have only 11 days to do it, I am sure the directors here are organising a party as another 11 days and they have yet scammed another client that fell for using their website.
B y the way their product look, feel and ARE as cheap as a bag of chips; material so hard and itchy, sizes all wrong as advertised, but then again been made in china you can imagine what you get......con company, con products and definitely con directors.

Never order from here- I sent clothes back and I fighting for a refund now this company should be shut down and closed by trade and standard's I am ignored constantly and I will soon be seeking legal action against the company they are a joke do not order clothing from them

I have never see shit website like this in my life i did older my t shirt long time ago after 2 weeks the emailed me they said it was returned back and i don’t know why i did email them not reply at all for long it’s a shit website that’s all

I ordered pants. They never arrived. I just got one automatic reply from Charlie, after that nothing. No more E-Mail, no answer on Instagram.
I will charge my money back via my credit Card Provider.

Avoid ordering here!

Disgraceful customer service. Most likely a scam. Advised 4 - 6 day deliver and has been almost 3 weeks. No response from any associated emails. Avoid

Ordered some items that they were advertising on line. They clearly didn’t have the items in stock so they never turned up. After 4 weeks they said they were coming into stock soon and did I want a 20% discount code not to cancel. I said just give me my money back. The money was refunded so not a total scam. All the while my shirts didn’t arrive the items were still on their website. Waste of time.
