Been 2 months still not recieved my order. STAY AWAY !

Scammers do not buy from this company, I sent an item back still in packaging unworn. Constant messages saying we have received your item and are working on your refund. But this was 4 months ago. They just fob you off each time and steal your money. They need reporting

Scam order 1141, 4-6 day delivery from 17th March still not been delivered. Don't believe this company is legit.

I have made an order #1091, pair of loafers, I was informed delivery would be 4-6 days
The email contact now doesn't go through and I have no shoes or answers
I have raised a fraud ticket with my bank, hoping to get something back
Like everyone else, do not buy anything from this company

Wish I could give zero stars. Well over a month later and still don't have my items. STAY AWAY from ordering from this company. Can't see them lasting much longer

This is a complete shambles. I ordered on the 5th of March and received order confirmation. I have yet to hear back and when I contacted the support email my emails are being met by a guy called Charlie saying I can’t find your order reference. I’ve sent images of the order confirmation directly from Cali Clothing and my transaction of £72. The order Id is 1060 as confirmed in text message and online.
Charlie keeps responding with I can’t find anything or my email address.

Shocking to be honest and starting to think that I’ve been scammed here.

Scam, they claim to be in US with 6 day delivery.
It's been 3 weeks and order is still "processing" in China. They won't refund.

2 months ago I made an order and still haven't received it

I would urge anyone not to buy anything from this company. I only wish I had read reviews before ordering a shirt which I returned and sent proof of posting and still over 2 months later don't have my refund despite sending over 42 emails. This is the worst experience I have ever had buying something and will never do so again. Please don't order from this company you will more than likely regret it

They send the wrong product. I tried to contact them multiple times by e-mail and instagram, but they don't respond.

Do not order from this company. I ordered 2 items which did not fit. They were returned and I had proof of delivery. I am still waiting for a refund over 1 month later.

Awful company! Returned items that were too big for an exchange and never received the items, they then offered me a refund and I still haven’t received the money from over a month ago. They keep sending me the same emails. Stay well clear!! Company’s a scam.

This company is a scammer. They ship product from California (their warehous). I got two sweaters that didn’t fit. They will drag out the return process. If you do however are able to get return approved they will send an email with an address in the UK. Cost return ship is $350 overseas. Even though they have a warehouse in California. They do this on purpose so you won't retrun. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Complete scam. Took weeks to arrive, awful quality, wouldn’t give me my refund so I had to start legal action.

Took over 2 months to arrive despite paying for shipping which guarantees 2-4 days. Awful customer service when I tried to contact them about returning they offered me two options, either a 50% refund or full refund if I shipped it back to them. But knew the item came from China and would be hassle & costly so I asked for 50% and they have ignored multiple follow up emails since. Cowboy company

Awful company…. returned items as too small, however they DO NOT REFUND your money!! Dont reply to emails, send the same automated emails!! Stay well clear!!!!!

I purchased a number of polo shirts which ended up taking over a month to arrive. After recieving my items i realised that they didn't fit and were pretty crappy quality. I tried to contact them to process a return, but they are now just replying to every email with an exact copy of what I sent them. Unless you are happy to lose your money if you don't want to keep what you recieve, I would highly recommend taking your business somewhere else.

Ordered clothes 2 weeks before Christmas haven’t received nothing and it’s January now, sent an email twice no one bothered to reply and the tracking number does not work. Terrible site and now I can’t even get my refund

Now having to try claim my money back
