Good clubs, hitting higher and further.
Delivery time a little longer than advertised.

Been looking for a new wedge for a while, so took the plunge and can honestly say happy with my new bit of kit. Easy to order and reasonably quick delivery. Happy customer. 👍

I’ve reached out to Caley multiple times over the past few days to cancel both of my orders due to the manufacturing delays. I’ve sent several emails, but I haven’t received a response. I would advise people to avoid Caley unless they’re prepared for a 20 plus day wait for golf clubs and a DTC that doesn’t respond to emails.

Updated review: Delivered on 17th September so nearly a full month from ordering, but eventually got an email with an apology and a generous gift voucher as compensation. The clubs are as described in most of the reviews and I'm guessing they just over sold which led to extended delivery times. Will give benefit of the doubt and hope logistics are sorted in the future.

Original review: Ordered 20th August with a 5-10 day delivery. No communication and no way to track progress, I emailed them with a reply that they’re really busy so will be more like 10-15 days! Would have been nice to hear this before I had to contact them. Now 10th September I’ve sent an email to no reply and still no update or even tracking info to say they’ve been dispatched! Fast approaching a full month since ordering and only communication is when I contact them. Considering just cancelling order and going to get fitted instead, I’ve missed a fair few weeks of golfing and not many weekends left

I never received a reply when I ask about getting my free wedge witch you was meant to get with your order

Only used my new clubs at the range but already seeing improved distances and the grouping of shots was unbelievable. Can't wait to get out on the course

After viewing the good reviews I decided to order some clubs. I wish I had viewed the bad reviews because never mind the product this company is a shambles. It's fine if what you want is a basic set and nothing goes wrong... But away from that the Customer service is 0. Total disrespect for customer. STAY WELL clear..!
My clubs were lost by FedEx.. and I had lots of interaction with Fedex. But never heard one thing off caley. Sent them loads of emails, pay Pal messages and contacted them through Their site not one reply. And I know for fact that FedEx have settled with them. FedEx even told them to contact me and they still didn't..Wouldn't you think they would contact a customer to say what is going on? It is just beyond belief.

I ordered the clubs as a birthday gift for a family member who is an existing Caley club user so they had to arrive within a specific time frame. They did not arrive in time due to manufacturing problems so they had to be returned for a refund and now the refund is now taking its time as well. Not the kind of service i would have expected to be honest, quite dissapointing.

Great product but had to wait quite a while (longer than it said at the point of purchase). That said the team spoke to me about it so redeemed themselves. 👍

Online fitting service was detailed but simple to complete. Irons arrived about 4 weeks later with tracking info couple days prior. Love the look and feel of clubs and I'm hitting them about half club longer than my previous cobra irons. Had them 4 weeks now and my handicap has dropped 1.7 so very happy.

Can’t fault the quality but the customer service is shocking
Dona the AI customer front has no understanding of frustrations or dissatisfaction.
I ordered and paid for a set of 01CBs with apparently 20 sets in stock
Dona tells me I must wait 3 to 4 weeks for these in stock items as they need to be made.
What ? So the web site lies about availability to gain orders and no human will talk to you.
Cancelled my order
Good luck with that as a good consumer relationship policy.

Ordered 0t1s on 20/07/25 still had no correspondence or update on irons been sent or if they’ve even been posted as of yet

I recently received my new clubs and they look and feel great.
Game 3 yesterday and I got my first ever hole in one .
Says it all !

The clubs are great and worth the wait which has built up due to the high demand. 10 yards gained per club

Simple, straightforward ordering process. I used the online fitting tool and spec'd up my irons with graphite shafts and medium size grips. The clubs arrived within 3 weeks and I couldn't be more satisfied.

further to my previous review i would like to confirm that Caley came back to me explained the situation that was causing the delays and advised that my mystery club would be sent out shortly. This made the position clear and i fully understood the reasons for the delay. As advised the club arrived yesterday and i would like to thank Caley for following up on my concerns and contacting me to provide a very reasonable explanation. Communication helps in these situations and i would have no issue ordering with Caley again.

Slight delay on the clubs being received, however I did ask for an update and was provided with a timeframe.

Clubs look great, and the price in comparison to other brands is a massive plus.

Only been on the range with the clubs so far, feel nice, good weight to them and whilst I don’t think I’m hitting the ball any further I did notice I was hitting good shots much more consistently. 26 handicap so hopefully that is the case on the course (fingers crossed)

I ordered custom fit irons and they arrived within a week. All of the reviews you see are true, they are straight, long, feel great and look fabulous. Hitting 5 yards further than my Ping G 430s with no discernible lack of forgiveness but loads of feel.
A must buy for any golfer.

ALL of these clubs are superb. Great feel, great weight, look great, superb price and excellent customer service. What’s not to like!

Took over two weeks to post.
I sent 4 emails but you was reluctant to reply until the last one.
Not a good way to run a business.
I use to recommend you to my playing partners but not sure I can do this now.
I’m also sure I won’t get a reply to this too
