Cakeinn Recensioni

The boss is very kind and the cake is very good taste.

We ordered a 12” chocolate princess cake for our daughter’s birthday and it was absolutely perfect. Often bought cakes are not so flavourful but this was delicious, both the sponge and generous icing. The team at the Nottingham store were incredibly friendly and helpful and we will certainly use them again.

cake was amazing, but i did ordered the candles as well but did not receive them

Delicious cake but the time management of staff is not great i came to collect as booked online but had to wait extra 15-20 minutes to collect the cake .This is not a right practise when there a time slot window allocated

Love your cakes, they are amazing. So light and fluffy. Always order my cakes from you.

Beautiful and very nice cake but it was melted on the top.

Cake was ordered at short notice but Cake Inn were still able to deliver on time. Cake ordered was a walnut and carrot birthday cake which was amazing. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

The cake was so beautiful, its was the yummiest cake I've ever had, would recommend anyone to try cake inn.

Friendly service, made fresh to order and very tasty according to the Birthday Boy!

Great cake realy enjoyed everyone

We ordered a cake 3 days prior to picking it up. We booked a slot to pick cake up and the cake was not even ready!! The cake was then prepared in the space of 10 minutes and was not set. When getting the cake home it had slanted and when cutting it crumbled down to bits. Ruined our special day. Really disappointed with the outcome

Lovely light cake. Tasted good, fed many people.

You guys showing pictures of cake and delivery the items very disgusting. I never ever order cake inn anymore.

Great experience. The service was speedy and professional and the cake was fresh and delicious.

Ordered cake online couple of weeks ago. Confirmation received. Staff had no notice of order so cake wasn’t ready. Got offered one off the counter, even though I had ordered a personalised one. Staff then rushed to get one done. Wasn’t the best but I had an 100 mile journey to go on so had to take it. No apology or explanation, not even a simple sorry. As a regular customer I’m not impressed and won’t be returning again.

Tasty cakes with good prices

Easy to order.tasty very detailed designed cakes thanks

The vegan birthday cake tasted awful. The sponge tasted stale. No one could eat it. They replaced it a few days later with a vanilla flavour which tasted even worse. They shouldn't be offering vegan cakes if they don't know how to make them. I tried to buy a small slice prior to ordering but was told they only do large cakes which have to be ordered. Very disappointing.

Super delicious egg free cake!
Excellent service. Keep up the good work.👍

Good cakes. I ordered a cake short notice and it was ready within 40 minutes. All cakes are vegetarian and halal which is a bonus. Very polite staff. I would definitely recommend buying from here
