The base hardly had any taste of the Nutella. Although the berries on the top were pretty fresh and tasty but the cake as a whole was a bit disappointing
Risposta di Cake Box
Dear Vishal,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the fresh and tasty berries, but we’re truly sorry to hear that the cake itself was disappointing and that the Nutella flavour in the base was not as expected.
Please accept our sincere apologies, as this is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. Our cakes are freshly prepared according to our standard recipes and procedures, and we’re sorry that the flavour and overall experience did not meet your expectations.
We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Your feedback is very important and helps us identify areas where we can improve both our service and product quality.
We will escalate this matter to the relevant store so they can review and investigate the preparation of the cake and take the necessary steps to improve.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We truly value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
Kind regards,
Cake Box Customer Support team
