I ordered chocolate cheesecake for my son’s birthday and we were disappointed: it wasn’t cheesecake at all. The layer which supposed to be cheesecake’s was like a thick, overly sweet mousse with a creamy consistency, topped with a thick layer of equally overly sweet cream. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy eating it, the flavour felt rather heavy.

We are very sorry to hear that the Chocolate Cheesecake you ordered for your son's birthday did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it must have been when the cheesecake layer did not have the texture you expected and instead felt like a thick, overly sweet mousse with a heavy layer of cream, resulting in an overall flavour that you and your family did not enjoy.
Our cakes are prepared according to our standard recipe and procedure. However, we genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Please be assured that we are now escalating this matter to the relevant store so they can review and investigate your feedback thoroughly and ensure any necessary improvements are made.
