Sponge was dry and didn’t have no flavour to it at all and topping was too hard
Risposta di Cake Box
Dear Danielle,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
We are very sorry to hear about your experience. The dry sponge, lack of flavour, and hard topping you described are certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we completely understand how disappointing this must have been.
To help us investigate this matter further, could you please let us know the name of the store where the purchase was made and the date of purchase? Once we receive these details, we will be happy to escalate the matter to the store so they can review and investigate it thoroughly.
We genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Customer feedback is incredibly valuable to us and helps us continuously improve both our products and service.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
Kind regards,
Cake Box Customer Support Team
