I am always always in love with their fully loaded cookie dough. Ahh i can still feel its yummy taste. It’s so far the best one in the town. However the waiting time is so long it it make you tired but worth a wait. If your around— you must try it.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Rang to ask how long the food was as it’s late and was met with the rudest girl I’ve ever spoke to. Making fun of where I live and laughing with her co worker in the background when I wasn’t rude to her in the slightest? The food is shocking and wouldn’t go back if it was my only choice. Really need to take a look at their choice of staff.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY SPIT IN YOUR FOOD AND FOOD IS ALWAYS ICE COLD PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

Horrendous. I was waiting and waiting and waiting . I called the company. The first time all I could hear was swearing . The third and fourth I called I was sworn at and hung up upon . I still haven’t received my order . Stay away from this vile place !!!!

Can NOT recommend this company at all. If i could leave a 0 star review I would. Paid £75 for a cake that arrived well over 2 hours late and to top it off the name was wrong on the cake. When contacting them they were massivly unhelpful, constantly hung up the phone when attempting to contact them.

don't go near cakeaway you will regret it, you will lose your money the hygiene is 0 look it up

Already two hours since food had been ordered. Driver apparently left 45 minutes ago, but is 15 minutes away....

Honestly believe I am being lied to about the status of my order. Genuine Genuine delays are one thing, being lied to is another.

They have obviously created so many fake reviews on trust pilot, just read a few.. none from the UK..

Ordered at 9.15pm, ‘left the store at 9.50pm’, now it’s 00.08am and no food.

Useless staff on the phones, no idea where their drivers are, pushing you back in Uber. Uber is no help as the restaurant are responsible. Just lying about delivery time.

They are always on time and the menu is just wonderful. It's not just tasty but has many many items which makes visiting cake away as an adventure each time!

The delivery took exactly 22 minutes and the food was delicious. We will be ordering again, hopefully many times to come. Thanks.

Everything is great with Cake Away! The delivery is fast and the prices are affordable, quarterly new items in the menu is what brings the people back.

Me and my girlfriend have been ordering from here every now and then and their service is good, the food has been fantastic (as expected) and delivery has been seamless. Worth to try!
