Intuitive for people that don't know…
Intuitive for people that don't know how to use design tools. Templates choices are limiting. If you're a designer you should be designing your own resume template anyways. Also, asking users to give 5 stars reviews in order to get free template upgrades makes me question the credibility of your current trustpilot scores.

Someone's review
CakeResume make my resume impressive to companies and more different from others, but it still have some problem.
For instance, although it have many types of block that you can use, those are hard to switch or transform their size. ( but it's still powerful)
