J’ai commandé une lebsa chez Caftanni pour mon mariage et je suis absolument ravie ! La qualité du tissu est incroyable et les détails sont magnifiques. La coupe était parfaite et très élégante, j’ai reçu énormément de compliments toute la soirée. La tenue est encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos. La livraison a été rapide et l’équipe a été très professionnelle. Je recommande vraiment Caftanni pour toutes celles qui cherchent une tenue spéciale pour un grand événement !

Beautiful Kaftan! Great quality, exactly as shown on the website. Fits well, comfortable, and arrived in a reasonable time. Very satisfied!

The initial experience I had was a positive one with the item arriving as described and within a short period of time. You can tell the store uses high quality fabrics and the embroidery work is beautiful.

Unfortunately, due to the size of the kaftan being far too large and long for my wife, I had to return to the seller and request a new customised kaftan. The exchange process was very expensive, laborious and time consuming with very poor communication from the seller throughout:
- I paid over £30 pounds for the return from the UK and this was one of the cheapest options.
- the item took over 2 weeks to get back to them - not Caftanni's fault, but it would have cost me £50 if I were to send it via express delivery
- I clearly asked the store if any further fees/customs would be due in the exchange process as that would have deterred me from exchanging it in the first place. They did not tell me anything, and so I proceeded on the basis that there would not be. A further £12+ was demanded by them thereafter to ship the new item back to me. And today FexEx demanded a further £14+ in duties.

I am so disappointed and the item, which was an Eid gift for my wife, ended up costing so much more than expected, not to mention the fact it did not arrive in time and caused me a lot of extra headache!

I do not recommend purchasing from the UK unless you are 100% sure that you will not need to exchange it!!

J’ai commandé le Lian Kimono et j’ai reçu une couleur totalement différente de celle présentée sur le site.

J’ai contacté le service client pour signaler l’erreur, mais aucune réponse de leur part.

C’est vraiment décevant, surtout vu le prix.
Faites attention avant de commander, le service après-vente est inexistant.
