Not so great this time, I wasn’t able to bring my order forward on line 6 days ago. I sent you an email which was responded to quickly but nothing arrived until 5 days later. I had to buy some pods from the shop.

CafePod has a great variety of flavors
Great tasting coffee at a great price. Good ethics too, along with great customer service and support. Once you’ve tasted CafePod’s - all other brands taste a little lacking in quality. They also have a good range so you can find a taste to suit - I tend to mix them up a bit during the day or days of the week

I am always happy with customer service at Cafepod, and with the coffees that I order regularly. I always struggle to give 5* due to the need to chase for offers not systematically available to subscription customers
