We booked our vacation of a lifetime through an agent associated with Cadence Travel. We did not experience the so called as they advertise any "world class white glove care" for a very expensive trip.
While on the cruise we heard from multiple people that their travel agent got them ship credits, free beverage package, and or there was a gift basket in their room. We received nothing and instead had an agent that even forgot to remind us that we had to book our own airline seats no assistance from travel agency or agent. This resulted in the worst seats we've ever had in our international travels. Nor did we receive any welcome gift or as We were celebrating a couple special occasions- birthday and retirement. Again as Cadence website purports "to take care of the Client". In addition, we were told several untrue things. One of those was having to check in for a river cruise by 3:00 p.m. costing us time to explore the originating city. All in all, the river cruise was a wonderful time but we absolutely gained nothing by using a travel agent and do not recommend this travel agency- Cadence.
