We booked a round trip from home to Stansted airport. Going out the driver picked us up ontime and was very good. On our return we received an email saying where the driver would meet us. We landed at Stansted on time and were at the meeting point by 2.15 am. No one was there to pick us up so I phoned the emergency number they gave me but no response apart from telling me to use wattsApp but again no response. So my wife and I (70 and 80. Years old) had to get a taxi from Stansted which was more expensive than I paid. The following day I received a refund for half of the fee paid but Noharc would not refund the extra I had to pay nor any compensation in fact not even an apology….

What a bunch of cowboys. I booked a reurn airport transfer for 16 people to and from Stansted airport via Airport Taxi Transfers. Less than 12 hours before our pick up they cancelled saying their vehicle was in the garage. The booking was made weeks ahead of our trip and yet they just cancelled via WattsApp, cowards did not even call me. They have loads of bad reviews and they probably write the good one's themselves. Absolute cowboys.
