Roy kept us informed of his arrival time and turned up when he said he would. He provided great service with an honest and clear estimate of what needed to be done and fixed our internet line. His work was efficient, he was tidy and took pride in his work. Highly recommended.

We had to get our NBN connection relocated at our property. Zane came down to help and was excellent, fixed up some other problems within the property as well. He made sure everything was working at the end and he was very prompt with his work, especially on a Sunday and such short notice as well. Highly recommend his service! Thank you so much Zane.

Roy installed NBN and data cabling for me. He did an excellent job. He also removed some old cabling and reconfigured an old router so I could use it as a wireless access point.

Roy did a fantastic job. He got me up and running with a home office setup which was needed urgently so I could work. Prompt, efficient and understood the brief. Given the time of year, many wouldn’t & didn’t come. Roy was empathetic to my predicament & came to the call. You can’t go wrong.

Such a good experience, we didn't have wifi for 3 weeks due to our landlord/property manager being useless. Roy was excellent, fixed so many problems with the property and didn't slow down until everything was done, made mine and my housemates day! We're very happy with Roy's work with moving our NTD box. We had an ideal location for the box, but it was a challenge. Roy was able to offer a great solution to moving the box efficiently and with minimum exposed cables. I'm really happy with the work. Also the speed and pricing were excellent. Roy did a great job in relocating our NBN connection point, which allowed me to remove all the associated electronics out of a bedroom and into a more suitable location.
While Roy did encounter some challenges during the relocation of the of the data point, these were quickly resolved and the NBN point was successfully relocated.
Highly recommend Roy for moving your NBN access point to more suitable locations.
