Booking online was simple. Payment process was simple. They were located exactly where they said they would be. We waited less than 10 minutes for our driver. Everyone was friendly and the driver was very nice. Journey was smooth and without any problems as she made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Car was in good condition with lots of leg room and they even provided bottles of water. Got to our destination without any trouble. Great purchase.

Was unable to cancel my return booking with cabforce in Portugal.When I went to manage booking it said the booking was not recognised.Was given 3 separate numbers and rang them.None of them would cancel my return booking.Lost the price of the return booking.Disgusted at your service.
Would strongly recommend not booking with Cabforce.

I am a woman travelling alone who was left stranded by cabforce in Cologne, Germany because despite having my flight number they failed to track delays and inform my driver even though the website suggested this is what they do. They refused to send another driver and I am now waiting for a refund which could take up to 20 days if I even get it. I will never use this company again and recommend that others don't.

I ordered two cars and only got one. No booking found they said BUT I was charged for two cars.
Will not use cabforce again!

Had arranged transfers to and from Porto airport. On arrival driver was there to pick us up. 5 stars for that driver as he found our accommodation, which wasn't the easiest to find, then he waited until someone arrived to let us in. Great pick up service. Only negative thing is I got a text on the 17th to tell me what time my pick was on the 16th so the text was a day late.

The return service not so good. Had entered on the website that my flight time was 9pm so I expected an email or text a day or two before to confirm pick up time. I didn't receive either so I sent an email. I got a weird email back that did not give me the details I needed so I emailed again. I didn't get a response. I didn't want to risk missing my flight so we just got the metro. Then at 8pm I got a text to inform me my pick up was at 9pm. Not much use given that our flight was at 9pm and we were already at the departure gate. Will go back to using Hoppa or A2B for transfers from now on as they have never let us down.

Driver didn't turn up and no refund provided

I booked a car using CarTrawler/ Cabforce and via the Eurostar website. The car was supposed to pick us up from Gare du Nord on 19 August to take us to Paris Montparnasse Railway Station for a connecting train which was departing 60 mins later. We waited for 20 mins and the the driver still had not turned up so we had to get a normal taxi from the taxi rank instead. When I tried to phone to ask where the driver was, I was connected to a pre-recorded message. I was extremely annoyed about the driver's failure to appear as I had specifically pre-booked the taxi through CarTrawler/ Cabforce as due to the tight transfer time and we were in real danger of missing our connecting train as a result of this terrible lack of service from CarTrawler/ Cabforce .

Nonetheless I was still charged for the trip which had not been provided. I have lodged a complaint and request for refund through both Cartrawler and Eurostar and have not even received an answer from either.

I am extremely dissatisfied and would recommend that CarTrawler/ Cabforce should be avoided at all costs.

I booked a transfer and they didn't wait for me literally 10 minutes after the agreed time. I am still waiting for my refund after two months. Absolutely disgraceful!

I booked online and paid, no trouble. The e mail said print off the attached voucher, i did, no trouble. On the day, i arrived late, Ryanair need I say more, and the driver was there to meet me, my name displayed on here mobile, and she took me to hotel 25 mins away, no trouble.
A week later, taxi arrived 15 mins early and took me to the airport, no trouble.
So no trouble means 5 stars.

I didn't actually book with them due to the fact they gave me quotes ranging from £46 - £270 for a 4 min journey.

No one is waiting for me at arrival. I should call to take contact to the driver.Then waited 10 min for the pick up. After 13 h flight it is annoing. i could get a taxi instead rightaway Car was clean with the drinking water, it was good.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The taxi will not turn up, you will be charged and when you try any of the bogus contact numbers they've supplied you with, they don't answer. They'll even text you to say the driver is on their way and ask how you to rate their service... absolute scam, please avoid!

I booked two transfers of Cabforce - from airport to hotel and to airport from hotel. Drivers didn't come to any points so we had to take another taxi. personal from airport and hotel tried to phone to the compane and there wasn't any answer. So we lost 74 euros. This company is awful.

Nightmare from word go. Couldn't find driver. Rang no they couldn't get hold of him. Coming back they were due to pick me up at my flight time. Wanted 15 euros to change. Taxi price only 5 euros so told them to stick it. Badly organised. Will never use again. Let's see if they bother replying to my complaint. Won't hold my breath.

Never book a taxi with this company in advance. Taxi will not show up- Support will not answer to you. Unacceptable!

Collected from Alicante airport by a very punctual, smartly dressed driver who couldn't have been more helpful.
Transported 30 minutes direct to our holiday accommodation in a comfortable minivan.
Five star service at a very reasonable price

Gebucht hin London. Transfer Flughafen - Hotel 55 Minuten zu spät. Beim Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel ist das Taxi nicht gekommen. Auf meine telefonische Nachfrage - Taxi ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und wartet auf Sie. Nach weiteren 15 Minuten erneute Nachfrage von mir kommt die Info Taxi ist auf dem weg und wird in 15 Minuten da seinKein Anruf, keine Nachricht.
Support kontaktiert - bis jetzt keine Antwort.

Völlig unakzeptabeler Service.

We used Cabforce for our arrival and departure from Athens this past May. Impeccable service, clean cars, courteous drivers. We each had a bottle of cold water waiting for us when we got in the cab. Nice touch. I highly recommend.

Contraté un traslado de ida y vuelta del aeropuerto de Amsterdam Schiphol, a un hotel de Amsterdam, confiando en Cabforce, y resultó que nadie se presentó a recogernos. Fuimos al punto de encuentro que nos habían dicho, y allí un amable señor se puso en contacto con el número de teléfono suministrado (no sabemos holandés ni inglés) y nos comunicó lo increíble: SE HABIAN OLVIDADO DE HACER LA RESERVA!!!
Después de una larga espera, este señor consiguió un taxi para nuestro traslado y nos dijo que pusieramos una queja porque estaba pasando bastantes veces en Amsterdam.
A la vuelta y después de que hablaran con ellos desde nuestro hotel, nos pasaron a recoger pero con 15 minutos de retraso.
MAL, MUY MAL... y ni una disculpa ni posibilidades de mandar ningún correo electrónico que me rechazan una y otra vez.
