I arrived in Paris in the middle of the transport and pensions strikes and was expecting the Taxi to be very late, other travelers were waiting over 1 hour. My taxi arrived only 10 mins late with a very apologetic Didier. What a gentleman from Translocab. Got us to the Hotel through very heavy traffic. On the way back we decided to get to CDG airport an hour earlier than booked. The company was very helpful with with and had no problem getting to the airport. First Class. Would certainly use again.

Avoid at all cost
Canceled a booking and was promised a refund in 10 working days. A whole month later nothing processed. They have no telephone number to call or live chat so have to fill out a webform, This webform has been submitted several times but no reply.
Return trip to the airport
Going there, we waited at Faro airport for 20 minutes while they rounded other travellers up for seperate taxis.
The return voucher showed little detail aside from 8am, which was 10 minutes before our flight time. The receptionist rang them the day before to confirm that we should be picked up at 5:30am. They confirmed this but failed to turn up on the day, saying that their records showed 8am when we contacted them in a panic. We spent the remainder of our holiday money on a local taxi to the airport.
I have tried numerous times to get in touch but there's no response. Avoid at all costs.

We paid upfront to be picked up at Kuala Lumpur Airport, no one showed up and our flight was within time. No answer from cabforce, no refund. We had to get a private cab, ended up paying 3 times more. Pathetic

Absolute joke of a company, if anyone has the email to complain for a refund please let me know because the online complaints form doesn’t even work. Transfer from the airport was 40 min late, which is forgivable. However the transport back to airport in return was late, so called and the driver said ten minutes, waited 20 minutes, called again, driver said ten minutes. Another 20 minutes and called to be told to book a different flight as he wasn’t coming. Had to book a taxi and luckily got to airport with 15 minutes to spare before gate closure. £30 on a taxi and basically lost the £25 for that transfer because I can’t for the life of me find a way to claim back. I had a phone call on the taxi apologising for the drivers behaviour and saying a refund would be sent. No refund after two weeks, sent one complaint on the website, no response and now the website form isn’t Working. Sent an email to the one with my confirmation, not a valid email address. I fear I may have been had for that money. I would recommend you avoid at all costs, these are a disgusting company, not sure whether they are scammers or just thick as pig s**t.

Terrible - cowboys
Terrible. Bunch of cowboys. Prepaid for transfer from Brussels travelling alone sun 22nd Sept. Got text advising pickup point. No one there. Called the two numbers provided. One of them to voicemail the other not recognised. Waited over an hour. Had to pay €44 for taxi. Same thing this am. Got text saying they would pick up from hotel. No one arrived. Had to pay €35 taxi to get to airport. Already paid €56 to cabforce. Do not use this company. Will be taking up with credit card company to assist in refund but I doubt will get anywhere. Would give this a -1 score if I could.

pick up on arrival at Tenerife was fine,,,pick up for return was a disaster,, after waiting for transport to pick us up ,,it didn't arrive,,phoned up and the woman said she couldn't find our booking and there was nothing she could do,, she just said "get a normal taxi" yeah I,ll do that at an extra 30 euros.... so sent a few emails off when I returned but no return contact what so ever...people told me about this firm but I didn't listen,,,,DO NOT USE THEM,,there customer service phone number just rings out,, never again

Transfer did not turn up
Transfer did not turn up, called multiple times, said they were on the way, and then waited for another 30 minutes, i called again and they said they were not coming and had to get a taxi. Emailed them when i got home and lied and said i didn't call them (even though i spoke to them on the phone) sent photo evidence of the phone calls. Got a £16 refund on the transfer that cost me £40 and have to pay $50 for a taxi. DO NOT USE. SCAM!!!!!

Booked through Air Norway and were slightly cheaper than other online quotes.
They used BeDriven taxis to pick us up at Faro airport and this part worked quite well. The return booking has defaulted to the flight time, so I asked them to call or email me to let me know the pick up time. After not hearing from them, I called them early on our departure day to be told that they had no taxis available and that it was my fault, so not refundable.

Booked our return transfer which they used a company called Mayfair Private Cars in Barcalona. On arrival they were 25 mins late after ringing them. On our return we waited 40 mins and they never showed up, we rang them 11 times but no answer, we had to get a taxi and nearly missed our flight. These people have had our money up front and when we contacted them they are not interested.

NO CONTRATAR CON CABEFORCE Parece que la compañía subcontrata con otras compañías el servicio de transporte, la comunicación con ellos es casi imposible, siempre hay un operador electrónico que te reenvía de una sección a otra….
El servicio con la compañía fue pésimo, hubo problemas tanto a la ida como a la vuelta. En la ida tardaron dos horas en recogernos respecto al horario previsto, que eran las 15:30 del día 17 de Junio.
Las personas a las que recurrimos, tras preguntar en repetidas ocasiones a la llegada al JFK, no nos atendieron adecuadamente, tras protestar nos dieron un voucher (reservation nª 1006) que indicaba recogida a las 4:22 y cuando a las 5 no había llegado nadie, tras protestar, un empleado se interesó y nos mandaron un chofer, que estaba en su casa, y vino a recogernos sobre las 5:30.
Con respecto a la vuelta el día 25 tampoco fue bien, nos enviaron una notificación de recogida a las 4:35, nos pusimos en contacto con la compañía para confirmarlo, previo pago de llamadas telefónicas personales, cuando lo conseguimos nos confirman la hora.
LLegado el momento de la recogida, allí no aparecía nadie, cuando había pasado 15 minutos sobre el horario previsto, comunicamos telefónicamente, tras muchos intentos de espera con un operador.... y hasta las 5:05 no vino nadie a buscarnos....
Como había mucho atasco en la ciudad, llegamos con el tiempo más que justo para realizar los trámites....

So disgusted by the service provided by Cabforce and VIP EXPRESS in Turkey. Booked a rather expensive private transfer for ease... yeah right! No one came to pick us up from the airport despite being told someone would be there with a card. None of the telephone numbers provided locally worked so after an hour of waiting we got a taxi as it was 3.30am. Received a text from them for the return journey, again tried to call them but couldn't connect so tried texting and I got a response from the driver to say he would be there, which I in turn confirmed. After 20 minutes after he said he would pick us I tried to call the number and got put through to someone in dispatch who told me they'd be 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I get a text to say to call them, which I did and the woman tells me he's now having car trouble and that another driver would be there in 30 minutes which meant it was likely we would miss our check in. The woman was terribly rude to me when I told her this, just kept telling me to wait and then hung up on me. Tried calling back with no answer so I text to say we couldn't wait that long as we would miss our flight, to cancel the car and issue me a refund. This went back and forth for while, eventually I got an apology and a promise of a refund/ I've had nothing. Have tried calling since but again the numbers don't connect. Sent another text to the number that had messaged to say i'd get a refund only to be told "please mail us" when I have not been given an email address! Looked back through my booking on cabforce to find the customer support link, submitted my claim and attached screenshots of the text messages promising a refund. I have had no email from cabforce despite the process bar clearly stating that I would be and that a representative would be handling my case. No one answers the UK customer service number. I want to make an official complaint but cant see how an earth I can do that when NO ONE responds! But mostly I want my money back, which the local company have agreed to. This is disgusting service.

Booked a transfer from Barcelona to Lloret de Mar. Booking confirmation said someone would be waiting with a board with my name on. There wasn't anyone there. Followed directions on my confirmation to the information desk to be informed that we would have to wait an hour for the coach. No reason was given as to why we had to wait however our flight landed 15 mins late. On my paperwork, it stated that the bus would wait for 45 mins after the arrival time. So we should have had plenty of time to get to the bus regardless of the delay. Thought it sounded a bit dodgy as I had booked a mini bus with less stops. Or so I thought. Finally, after an hour and ten mins, a big red coach pulls in. With all the drop offs, it took us almost 3 hours to get to our resort. Then we were dropped off... AT THE WRONG HOTEL! Thank God for Google Maps!
On the way back, I sent an email to the actual bus provider asking for details of our pick up. Was told to go to a hotel down the road, pick up at 8.30am. Got there for 8am, coach came at 8.15am. Took an hour and half to the airport. No problems. But the previous drop off has put me off ever booking with this company again!
