Do not purchase from this company. Items arrive with stains that they claim will come out with a wash cloth which DO NOT and only offer a 10% refund. Ridiculous! Will never order again or recommend to anyone.
Their return policy is ridiculous, they keep refusing return, and ask they will give replacement or only refund 40%… shady Chinese manufacturing company that disguise as local company.
I have ordered several maternity bodysuits and leggings as well as some nursing bras. It takes about a week from date of order for me to receive them in Vancouver Canada. The prices are very low and I can always find 10% off promo codes on IG. Since I am ordering just for my pregnancy, I didn’t want to spend too much money on oversized lululemon. Everything I got from here was pretty good with no issues… except a chemical smell that comes out after washing.
That being said, I believe reviews I’ve read about difficult returns given that this is a Chinese company that ships directly from China. When I ordered my first pair of pants, they were too small and they sent me a different size without asking for the originals back. I would not expect a refund from this company but everything is pretty cheap so it’s a small risk.
Do not order from here! I had seen the ads on social media and finally decided to purchase. I had only taken the risk as their return policy stated a refund within 30 days. After submitting my request to return 2 of the 4 items I purchased, they replied stated they don’t give full refunds and only exchange for products. This is false advertising! They do not state anywhere on their site that they only exchange for value.
This is also a dropshipping site. For those who don’t know what this is, essentially the site is direct to the manufacturer (in this case it’s Asia), and they send directly from there vs. a company warehouse. This helps reduce the cost on items. I am usually non-bias to these experiences but the lack of customer service speaks volumes.
If you’re unsure, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
