I work in logistics and worked with Byzantium AI to build an opportunity radar around the types of companies, signals, and opportunities that matter in my industry. Before this, a lot of the relevant information was spread across different sources and required too much manual searching. The radar gave me a clearer and more organized way to monitor what was happening and decide where to focus.
The process was thoughtful and practical. Byzantium asked good questions about the business and built the system around the real work rather than presenting a one-size-fits-all solution. The result is a useful tool for making opportunity research more consistent and actionable.
