They are stolen money from my Paypal account, it is scam company

This company outsources the translators and linguists via OneSky, an awful translation agency with non professional and lazy employees that exploits and disminish the freelancers.

Horrible experience, nothing works with this chinese 'company' or any product, should I say?
Every generation fails saying:

I am writing to officially lodge a complaint against Dreamina (CapCut / Seedance 2) regarding their highest-tier, annual Ultra Package which I purchased to create a short film for the international Wiff AI Film Festival. This service is completely defective, and they are refusing to issue a refund for a product that does not work.Despite paying for the most expensive annual subscription, I am completely unable to generate any videos. The AI generation tool constantly blocks its own creations, throwing a false error stating that a "human face was detected" in the video generation process. Furthermore, despite being on the premium Ultra Package, all of the images and videos that the system manages to produce are watermarked with an AI logo, which completely disqualifies my work from being submitted to international film festivals.I want to explicitly and firmly clarify two critical points regarding my usage:NO uploaded images were used: I have never uploaded external photos or real human faces to the platform. The system is blocking and failing to process images that were generated entirely from scratch by its own built-in AI text prompt engine.NO deepfakes: I strictly oppose and do not engage in any form of deepfaking or violation of personal rights. My prompts are 100% ethical, fictional, and intended for artistic filmmaking.I have contacted their customer support directly, and they flatly refused to issue a refund. This company is charging high-tier premium prices for a completely broken and unusable loop-system. They are causing me severe financial damage and destroying my festival timeline. I demand a full, immediate refund for this deceptive and faulty service.

Extremely hypocritical AI character app. Will offer characters based on incest, and other Extremely sexualised scenarios then claim it cannot accept bad language. Also has EXTREMELY sexually explicit pictures and videos! STAY AWAY.

Ordered and paid for priority delivery. App says it’s delivered but no sign of it. No response to my emails.

Was for a party this weekend and a bit stuck. Definitely wouldn’t use this company again.

I signed up for a "7-day free trial" of the capcut pro subscription. Since they were very shady about telling me how much I would be charged, I log all my transactions, I canceled the subscription AND deleted the account. They Still Charged Me! Even though I canceled before the "free trial" was up!

What a shady company!!!

Was banned by original inviter when I asked fit the company name.

Another person "the auditor" responded saying the company name was ByteDance

Said I violated community guidelines by my comment when my comment emphasized exactly what the person in the video had already stated.

Company that cannot be trusted
I asked for a simple invoice - instead I was put forth and back in instructions to stall and not actually deliver. False promises. No trustworthy staff. Even though they make some nice software such as CapCut - you're better off Not Using it - since these malpractices will cost you more than a normal western software product that could do the same.

FRAUD:
They deducted the balance from my linked card on Paypal for Tiktok coin purchases which I didn't make two times. Although this has been resolved through Paypal and refunded the deducted funds, they are trying to cut back on coin purchases.
