Absolutely love my sandals. And Polly was so helpful as always. I actually ordered the wrong colour but love them and have worn them already and cant wait for the black ones to be back in stock!! True to size and so comfortable 👏🙌❤️
I bought a pair of Bypollyanna sandals last summer and loved them so much that I’ve already bought two more pairs this year!
I genuinely live in them, they are quite literally the only shoes you need, whether you’re at home or heading off on holiday. They’re incredibly versatile and look just as gorgeous dressed up for an evening as they do styled casually during the day.
They arrived super quickly and were beautifully packaged, which made the whole experience feel extra special.
An absolute dream of a product from a fabulous small business. I couldn’t recommend them more, once you have one pair, you’ll want them all!
BEWARE - this shop is a scam!
Claire Lopez advertises their products and discount codes, which are then not honoured by the shop.
Really disappointed by this sort of behaviour, shameless really!!!
Polly promised to process the refund for the 15% off discount code, she then posted my order and never even bothered to say she won’t process the discount.
When asked she then claimed that “we do not have any discount code matching the one you showed us”, despite confirming on the phone that she will process the discount.
This is beyond any words!

We are very sorry that you feel this way, however we do feel it is important to correct a number of inaccurate statements made in your review.
The discount code you referred to was not issued, created or authorised by By Pollyanna. Before responding to you, we thoroughly investigated the matter and confirmed that the code was not a valid discount code for our business.
At no point have we intentionally misled you or refused to honour a genuine By Pollyanna promotion. As a small independent business, we simply cannot apply discounts that have not been created or authorised by us.
Although we could not honour an invalid discount code, we still offered a goodwill refund of your postage costs in recognition of the inconvenience caused.
We take great pride in our customer service, and we are naturally disappointed to see our business described as a “scam”, as this does not reflect the facts of the situation or the service we strive to provide to all of our customers.
We remain happy to discuss this with you directly should you wish to do so.

Ordered two items Bank Holiday Monday and have received two days later, gorgeous sweatshirt and hoodie, great quality for the price and speedy delivery!
I returned an item outside of the 2 week date, but unfortunately it then took about 5 emails and 6 weeks to get a replacement item sent out. Poor Customer Service response.
