Really impressed with Byeway Logistics
Really impressed with Byeway Logistics. The item that they were delivering to me had an error on the postcode (not their fault, the fault of the supplier), and they were really helpful in getting it sorted out. Then delivery was arranged - I got a proposed delivery window, clicked to accept. I got a text from the driver when they were about 25 minutes away, they turned up on time and were really helpful in putting the item where I wanted it. Great service, highly recommended.

The delivery was made within the time window. I received the call half an hour before the delivery arrived.
The delivery was trouble free the carriers respected my property, they were polite and careful.

The storage box is brilliant
The storage box is brilliant , amazing size. It hasn’t rained since I’ve had it, so I don’t know how weather proof it is. JB it has had dew on the top and the cushions inside were perfectly dry.

I was informed of my delivery date & time and I gutted a call on the day to let me know they were 30 minutes away. The parcel was delivered on time and was in perfect condition. Excellent service with friendly staff.

The delivery was organized well in advance, i was well informed about times, there is a live service so you can see what time they will be with you.
