BYD South West - Taunton Recensioni 

We had dealings with quite a few of the sales team at BYD taunton, initially it was with Calvin, then we worked with Nas, and then with Kelven and this was mainly due to our urgency in needing to purchase a car, but all 3 in the team were responsive and really very helpful. The process from enquiry to vehicle delivery was very prompt, smooth and seamless and it was a pleasure to have gone through this very large emotional purchase with this team. Still so far so good....and a big thanks to all 3 of the team, and the others who were probably involved behind the scenes, in getting this over the line quickly for us. Looking forward to many trouble free miles ahead.

The whole experience of buying the car was exceptional. Reminded me of the days when you collected a car from companies like BMW and Audi who back in the day made their customers feel special. My special thanks go to Toby, who was truly brilliant. Great knowledge of the car an all the equipment .... nothing was too much trouble and nothing was rushed during the handover. He collected us from the train station and gave us a truly 5 star experience. *****

I recently bought an Atto2 from BYD South West Taunton and the whole process was excellent from start to finish. The sales team of Kelven and Devun were a pleasure to deal and answered all my questions in very thoroughly. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a BYD car.

The whole experience was first class from the test drive to the hand over of the car, the sales team were very knowledgable about the car, taking the time to explain the very various functions and the technology that this fantastic car has.
I would like to express a call out to Devin, he was especially helpful with the car selection, simplifying the paperwork making the process very easy and simple.

The whole team were excellent from start to finish. They made a special effort to get a car delivered in record time and I felt they were genuinely interested in my needs. Absolutely fantastic service and I would highly recommend.

My husband and I recently decided to purchase an e vehicle for the first time and after lots of research in to the best options for us we decided the brand that was surging ahead and made the most impression on us and therefore the place to invest our hard earned money was with BYD. We had reviewed the various cars on offer and we felt the Dolphin Surf Comfort was best for us.
We had a short wait for stock to be available though this was available earlier than had first been quoted by the exceptionally good team that work at the local branch ( Kelven, Toby & Devan) we’re all excellent in guiding us through the process and we took finance to ensure that we could exchange the vehicle in 3 years if technology improves in that timeframe. Again all was talked through and the team sold us what we needed with out being over bearing
All questions around the move to electric were answered and we felt confident and excited by the teams enthusiasm to assist us.
We were pleased with the be price we paid.
The vehicle is excellent and in the last few weeks of use we are very happy customers and pleased with the choice we made.
We have recontacted the team to ask a question and again questions were answered and resolved.

From the moment my son and I walked into and asked so many questions to the time I drove out in my new car both Kelven & Deven were excellent, I would highly recommend.

Process of getting the car was easy I would like to thank both to Deven and Kelven for excellent service and communication they kept me informed on all steps i would highly recommend.

Kelven was brilliant nothing was too much trouble and was extremely helpful.

Excellent correspondence and not pushing all the time like alot of other car companys seem to do and overall very helpful, Kelvin Barbosa who dealt with myself at Taunton was extremely noligable about the byd product ,a good listener and very patient as I had been going there for over a year without a purchase ? Overall a top salesman you do not want to lose , very impressed by him.

First class service from point of 1st contact with the original enquiry. Fair part exchange valuation and process was smooth and straightforward throughout. Nice little touches when collecting the car which was in pristine condition and a very thorough hand over with explanations and vehicle features fully explained. Top service, would highly recommend and definitely use BYD south west in the future.

There was very personal approach (by Kelven), which was more than helpful when trying to make a big decision. All questions were answered, which is I portent when switching to an EV.

The staff were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, however trivial .

We had a fantastic experience with Deven and Kelvin at BYD Taunton. Although they were very busy they spent a lot of time with us throughout the process. We have now had our BYD car for 4 weeks and absolutely love it and are still discovering all the features, it’s amazing. Thank you.

I can’t recommend BYD Taunton enough. They are very professional & friendly. Deven has been very helpful and thorough, he helped me to make up my mind and chose the right car that best fits my need.

I came in today with the intention of buying a Byd Seal and the sales guy at the dealership was not helpful at all. He first assumed that I wouldn’t be able to afford the insurance and kept mentioning this throughout my visit. He then after multiple times of mentioning about my insurance asked my age. I am 21. He made a comment about how my NCD must be good as I get cheap insurance. After much discussion about whether I could actually insure the car that I hadn’t even seen any such deal on yet I asked about a test drive to make sure I liked the car and to no surprise he denied my request multiple times. I then left as be was not prepared to do any deal and I said to him I would go elsewhere and to which he replied “ok”.

Shame on him losing the sale for a bigger company such as byd where I would have done a deal today.
