Bychoice Sudbury are fantastic, we bought and sold with them and the whole experience was really positive throughout. We chose Bychoice Sudbury initially as our in-laws recommended them as they had a really good experience a few years previously. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and always happy to talk us through the process. When we looked round houses they were respectful and just let us look for ourselves and answered any questions if we had them. When we were eventually selling/buying, our calls and texts were always answered quickly. Amelia was absolutely lovely, always very responsive and helpful, we felt like she had time for us and was on our side. I've dealt with a few different estate agents over the years and Bychoice are just on another level. We can't recommend them highly enough. You're in safe hands with Bychoice!

The Sudbury branch of By Choice were great throughout a long process, which included my buyer pulling out, resulting in my potential purchase also failing. Amelia at By Choice was great though - very good at breaking bad news! However, it all came good in the end, and I got the house back when the new purchasers couldn't proceed!
By Choice was effective, efficient and proactive. They kept me informed promptly throughout the whole process. I am happy to recommend them.

As a first time buyer I was worried about the whole process, but Amelia and everyone at ByChoice have been fantastic, it's been so smooth from start to finish with excellent communication.

Our first contact with ByChoice was with a generic letter put through the letterbox of our rental property which we had been trying to sell. However, this letter stood out because it was professional, to the point and positive.
Making an appointment to chat things over we were again impressed with the professionalism of the team.
Our agent Amelie went well above what we expected of an agent and was superb. Always kept up to date, excellent communication, emails responded to quickly and went into battle (almost literally!) for us.
A lesser agent would have fallen at the first hurdle.

Bychoice were an extremely helpful partner in our property purchase journey. There were particularly challenging aspects to our property which involved quite complex legal and financial detail - sometimes proving quite opaque - but both Olivia and Ted were not only very responsive and always quick to call back if not available, but also very proactive in helping us to reach resolution on outstanding issues. We were very grateful to the whole team at Bychoice for all their help in navigating our purchase - from viewing to completion - and would strongly recommend them.
