I was debating on buying from byBespoek but saw that they had really good reviews on Trustpilot, so I took the plunge. However after purchasing my chairs, I never received a confirmation email. (Fortunately I screenshotted the confirmation screen). A couple weeks passed by and I began to worry. I even tried their online chat and no one got back to me (I think they're off on the weekends / holiday season). So I began thinking it was a scam... Finally I got in contact with customer service and they sent me a new confirmation email. It went straight to spam which also rose some red flags. But once the item shipped, I received my tracking information (I paid for the shipment tracking). Then a week or so passed by and I received my chairs in mint condition. Long story short, this is a great company but they could work on communication processes.

The chairs are perfect! No assembly needed and arrived quickly!

I've had two separate purchases for wishbone armchairs and had a great customer experience both times. The first order was delayed and the team communicated with me the entire time to provide updates. The second order was fast and seamless. I'm also extremely happy with the design and quality of the chairs. Thank you!

I seriously love our new kitchen chairs. They were a great deal on sale and I received regular, human-written emails updating me on shipping & delivery and checking in numerous times to make sure all was well and inviting any questions I had.

Exceed my expectations!
I ordered 4 wishbone chairs, black frame and light rope seat. I purchased them around the holidays so to get a tracking number took a couple of days, but I stayed in touch with customer service and they were very helpful. The chairs come in pairs, stacked in a big box, the frames were very well protected, not even one scratch, everything in excellent conditions. The chairs are amazing, I'm extremely satisfied with the product, seat height is ideal for senior people, they are comfortable, super stylish, a Mid Century classic. I wish I could add pictures to my review. This company really backs up for their products and their clients.

My order arrived quickly, and I’m impressed with the quality of my purchase. The chairs exceed my expectations and look amazing in my house.

I am pretty happy with the wishbone chairs that I recently purchased by BESPOEK. The chairs are beautiful aside from some minor scratches on the bottom of the legs from shipping. I also did have issues with the length of time that it took for the order to arrive. Upon ordering I was told a date that was much earlier then the actual arrival date. With that said, customer service was very helpful and attentive at assisting me with following up on the order. The company genuinely does seem to care about customer satisfaction.

Happy with the price and the chairs in real life compared to the photos! My one disappointment were some minor dings at the very bottom of the chair legs from shipping as they were not wrapped as well as the rest of the legs.

I ordered a pair of wishbone chairs that not only arrived two days early but in immaculate condition and for less than anywhere else. Communication was flawless throughout and I cannot wait yo order something else!

Another plug for this company! We love our Wishbone chairs in Beechwood with natural seats from BESPOEK! They came well packaged, delivered quickly, looks great in our house and were a fraction of the cost of those sold on other sites. We will definitely use BESPOEK again for future interior needs!

I ordered two of the Wishbone chairs. Unfortunately one of them was slightly damaged in shipping. I called and showed them photos. They took care of the situation with sending me a replacement. I thought it was going to be a big pain sending the damaged chair back to them but they told me to donate it to a charity! Thats a wonderful company!!

I ordered 4 of the black wishbones chairs. They arrived very well wrapped and protected. Chairs were in perfect condition. They are exactly as described. Very sturdy and very comfortable. I did speak with customer service once and received excellent service. Would order from this company again.

Frustrating experience. I ordered Eames chair on 10 Dec 2019, site indicated chairs were "in stock". I immediately received an acknowledgement via text, then nothing. I reached out and the chair was delivered on 3 Jan 2020. When I went to assemble the chair, I found there were serious fitment issues. The embedded screw holes in the wood for mating with the metal leg supports did not align properly. One of the holes for the ottoman was out of line, so that the screw interfered with the support bracket. The press-fit support post does not mate well with the hole in the support bracket or the foot bracket. In fact after assembly when I sat on the ottoman, the cushion fell off and sent me tumbling. The support bracket holes for the chair were just slightly too short to properly mate with the chair screw holes. I was able to attach the bracket to the chair but none of the screws will properly seat within the recesses of the bracket. Further, the right chair arm's screw holes were misaligned with the steel bracket, but i made it work. Finally, the finish was poor and not well-done. There are rough portions on the wood, mainly in the curved areas - one can easily feel this and see it in the light. The finish was also blotchy in places, though most of the places are not readily apparent when fully assembled. I did not try to contact the company because the screws had already marred the brackets and the website indicated returns had to be perfect and I would have to pay for the return. Also, I was not wiling to incur a 15% restocking fee, as I will never by from byBespoek again. This company does not communicate well with its customers and its quality control is obviously non-existent, broken, and/or poorly executed.

I ordered the Wishbone Chair / Premium-Quality Wood / Mid-Century Style, natural seat color, black wood. The chair is everything it’s advertised as and I’m very happy with my purchase. It is very sturdy and well built. Aesthetically speaking, I am pleased with the design and the fact that it looks as I would expect from the images online. It was delivered promptly and in excellent condition. Great chair at a great price! 👍🏻

I purchased the chairs from them. 4 stars for fast delivery and fairly good quality and awesome price. Wanted to have more dark walnut finishing but the actual color is little bright. Not a big deal since the color tone still matched my table and floor.

Customer service and logistic system needs to improve it seems not very organized. system

I’ve been looking for a good Eames lounge replica for some time that was also vegan. After looking at multiple options, I found the vegan leather option at byBespoek. I was nervous purchasing sight unseen from what appears to be a fairly new company without a lot of reviews, but I must say, they did not disappoint. The customer service rep was great with answering my questions and the chair came quickly and was in perfect shape upon arrival. It was easy to assemble and is very comfortable, in addition to being a very convincing replica. If you’re looking for a convincing vegan friendly/wallet friendly version of one of the greatest chairs ever designed, I can’t recommend this company enough.

Woow what a great experience!

Two weeks ago I ordered 2 lamps and 4 kitchen chairs at bybespoek. There was an issue with getting tracking codes and I went on livechat to explain this. Within 2 minutes I had a friendly customer agent on the phone explaining me that in their warehouse there was an issue with printing labels and such tracking codes wasn't passed on timely to me automatic.

I really appreciate the friendly call so quickly after my request, and the fact he took time to carefully explain me the issue with the printer for labels.

After I manually received a tracking a tracking code and the chairs arrived smoothly. I have to say the quality on the chairs are amazing. I ordered 4 wishbone chairs in american ash. I have two similar from Rove Concept, however the quality from byBESPOEK seems to be much higher and the back of the chair is made of one piece ws the quality from Rove Concept that is merged wood. Only issue I have now seen the chairs on sale.

I will for sure recommend byBESPOEK customer service, super friendly, quick and by the look for me, better quality than others.

I ordered a lamp on Nov. 8 and there was a problem with communication and tracking from by Bespoek. When they realized that there was a major IT issue, they got in touch with me and followed up to make things right. Not everything always goes well with a company--but how they solve problems is, to me, a mark of true customer service. ByBespoek solved the problem with very reassuring communication and personal service. I would order from them again.
