Really great experience! Bespoke was very communicative about shipping delays. I was so impressed with their customer service. Very helpful and quick to respond! I was so pleasantly surprised to find out the chairs we ordered arrived pre-assembled. They were perfectly packaged and exactly like their online description. We love our chairs!! Thank you so much! Would highly recommend!

I cautiously ordered 2 wishbone chairs from here after reading mixed reviews. I am so glad I did. The chairs are beautiful, well made and arrived well packaged. I received them a week and a half after placing the order. Their customer service was wonderful too! I would highly recommend bybespoek and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

I'd never heard of this company when I ordered two wishbone dining chairs from them. I ordered from here because they were on sale and would save a few dollars. The chairs themselves are perfectly fine. They arrived in perfect condition, and look great. The problem is with the time it took to receive the items. I placed the order at the beginning of August and have just received them at the beginning of October. I would have been willing to pay more with a different company to receive them faster had I known it would take two months to receive the chairs. I really love the 3 arm Mulle knock-off lamp that is sold here, but won't order it because I do not want to go through such a long wait again for an order.
Customer service is excellent. All inquiries were responded to in a prompt and courteous manner.

My lamp is absolutely beautiful and arrived on time! Beyond that, it is always a pleasure purchasing something from a company that makes such an amazing effort to provide excellent customer service! Will definitely be making purchases with them in the future!!

I received the lamp promptly with a tracking number and packaged with great care.

I was looking at the Egg chair on another online retailer’s site when I discovered Bespoek. I could get the same chair at half the price with free shipping and a quicker delivery date. Thought the site was too good to be true but my chair arrived yesterday and it is great. Took 2 minutes to build and now has pride of place in my living room.

Lovely Hans Wegner copy chairs. Very cool design. The color I expected for walnut came out to look much lighter.

The delivery was perfect, sooner than expected and packed very well.

All in all a great experience!

I ordered two sets of wishbone chairs in two different orders (a week apart from each other) both orders arrived in perfect condition (having been wrapped with care) each limb of each chair had a styrofoam sheet on it to prevent any scuffs during shipment. I was reached out to via email once both of my orders were received and then again once they had reached their shipping location. I asked one question throughout the order process and it was responded to quickly and clearly. I was given clear tracking information and once my package arrived I was sent another email just to check that everything arrived safely and to my liking. The wishbone chairs are to die for, a work of art without question and the Bespoke team is helpful, professional and I only wish I could receive their quality of service for ALL of my online orders! Quality product from quality vendors! I could not ask for more. Thank you to Bespoke for making this a wonderful experience and for the dreamiest set of wishbone chairs!

I ordered wishbone dining chairs and afterwards reached out via email to customer service. They responded to my inquiry very quickly and politely via email and followed up with 2 phone calls. Their follow through on communication was excellent and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the product. Chairs arrived timely via Fed Ex. They are beautiful and make a great style statement.

We are extremely happy with The Lounge chair that we purchased from Bespoek. The ordering process was so simple, I felt included in the process with updates - and I felt that the customer service team went above and beyond with options for me due to longer shipment times than expected - I did not mind waiting the extra time for shipping, but they offered to cancel the order if the unexpected wait time would not have worked for me - that was so nice. The chair came in two boxes - we assembled it well and it is very comfortable we are very glad with the quality and style. We wondered if the upper chair could have been assembled and placed in one box and stool and platform for the chair in another box - as it was awkward/difficult to keep the back and bottom of chair aligned as well as the arm rests - definitely needed a second person to make it easier. Overall, 5 stars - very happy with the look, comfort customer service and value.

Chair arrived way late and was broken beyond repair. Seller only offered a 20% refund for a completely broken product

I ordered the Eames-style chair, and after what seemed like shady process, I got no email confirmation, once I used their online chat, I got really good customer service and the chair is exactly what I ordered online. I think they are a small business buying cargo loads from China, and they need to be more transparent about their timing, but I got what I was promised.

I never leave reviews, but I have never had a more confusing and sketchy online purchase. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM (although they’re really good at looking legit at first). I would NOT recommend buying anything from them. I ordered two wishbone chairs at the beginning of June and received multiple texts/emails saying my order was delayed in getting to the warehouse (before even being shipped out to me); first it was June 20, then end of June, then July 12...then suddenly I received an email saying they've shipped, but the tracking link shows them going to New York (I live in Montana). Now they're telling me they sent me the wrong tracking link, and my chairs will be here in 3 days.

I also kept getting odd/unprofessional replies including "Please note, due to Holiday in our Customer Success Team, we are experience delays in getting back to our customers."

This is hands down the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I don’t trust that I’ll get good quality chairs. At this point, I don’t want the order, just want my money back, and I'm looking for where I can report them for scamming.

I ordered 6 of the Wishbone Chairs in Black, with the Natural seat when they were on sale. I have been looking for chairs for out dining area for some time and finally pulled the trigger. They arrived in a week or two and are great quality. I wasn't sure if they worked with my table at first, but my designer daughter recommended I paint the metal legs on my table to a complimenting dark gray. That was pretty easy, and now I love the chairs in my space!

Ordered the wishbone chair from Bespoek. I originally changed my mind and was intending to return it, but I couldn't resist unpacking it when it came. Once I sat in it, I was a goner... super sturdy, comfortable, and holds up to cat claws. On top of that, responsive and genuine customer service! I'm keeping the chair and Bespoek in mind for future furniture.

Ordered my eames style lounge chair then saw some bad reviews about delivery. Very pleased to say the chair arrived only 1 day after the ETA on the tracker. Excellent communication from Mia and the team. Chair looks and feels like a quality item. Thanks to all involved. One happy customer.

I was looking for the Eiffel chairs with the dark wood legs for a while and I found them here and for the best price! I was pleased with how quickly the boxes arrived and the chairs were packed well in 2 boxes. I ordered a set of 4 and a set of 2. I’ll be checking back again when looking for more furniture for my space.

Waited for weeks for my new chair and ottoman to get delivered. Received multiple shipping emails and even got an apology for FedEx delaying shipment. Finally got the shipment and they only sent the metal accessories and none of the actual wood or leather components that make up the actual chair and ottoman. Now they want pictures of the empty box and refuse to issue a refund or give me any further information. Stay away from this company.

UPDATE: The remainder of the chair finally arrived after sending them dozens of pictures of the empty box.

Unfortunately the ottoman does not have a way of permanently attaching to the base it is supplied with. This means the ottoman often wobbles. They sent me a video meant to "fix" this issue. The video just led to the ottoman falling off of the base and scratching the wood on the ottoman. Now the ottoman is damaged. To refund the ottoman, they want it repackaged in its original packaging, and they want (surprise) more photos of the items inside the original box.

They offered me a 10% discount to take down this review. This company is so awful I won't take their 10% discount. STAY AWAY.
