I couldn’t log in to see my order, but customer service was super prompt and helpful. Honestly the best customer service I’ve ever received.

Similar to other reviewers, I was a little wary at first. But I did a bunch of research, cross-referencing websites and dates of reviews, and ultimately, took a chance...so happy I did! Purchased a replica coffee table and shipping was smooth. I didn't get an immediate order notification but they did send updates once it shipped out. Customer service is quick to respond as well with any inquiries. 5/5 experience for me!

Just received my floor lamp. Great experience buying from BESPOEK. It arrived sooner than I had expected at a price that was beyond low!! I may grab something else from their very mid-century showroom as a result.

I have ordered from Bespoek twice before and am so excited for my third order to arrive! Their products are superior, easy to assemble, and when I had questions they were so easy to reach via email or live chat. I find their prices on par and the quality of my furniture has been great! My 60s retro womb chairs are so comfortable and held up very well over time!

I am a particular buyer and love mid century modern architecture and furnishings. I only purchased a clock as a test to see how the customer service and quality of the product was.

They get a 100% for both. Excellent communication and the clock is perfect. I will be an ongoing customer of Bespoek.

We had the chairs less than a year and the paint started to rub off the arms, almost like it was not finished properly and could not withstand human body oils touching it. I reached out to the company because on the product page, it mentions a 5 year warranty and 2 year after care policy, and they told me that both of those were not valid and that there was nothing they would do beyond 90 days. I would not recommend ordering - these are not high quality or well made. They are made in China and overpriced.

I bought the womb chair and ottoman in brown. The color is rich and beautiful. The chair looks modern and elegant in our home. I’m also very pleased with the customer service we’ve received from ByBespoek. Thank you.

At first glance the website looks good & the prices are unbeatable. Must have been a red flag but whatever. Most of the good reviews you’ll find are presumably bots or AI generated. My card was charged immediately & tracking has not been updated. Expected delivery is 2 days so we will see how this goes. I’ve reached out to customer service several times with questions to no avail.

Update: They told me that they didn’t have the size of the bench that I wanted to so I paid the difference after finally getting a hold of someone. Then they said they didn’t have that size either so they said to go up another size. I decided to cancel the order & request a refund. Will I actually get a refund? I hope so. I feel so dumb for spending money with this company.

Order process was very simple. However it was choosing that was difficult for me. There are so many beautiful chairs to choose from. But I took my time and know I've now made the best choice for me.

Been looking at lots other sites, but this gave a good description of product & then tempted me with money off straight away
Now more than 2 weeks since placing my order & have not recieved my chair, so can not say how good it is.

Straightforward and good price. Hope they arrive soon!
