Webshop - frustrating and waste of my time

Webshop link ends at "en-DK" and prices are in DKK. One should believe they deliver their amazing swimwear to Denmark. They used to.

Time for checkout, delivery details entered and ready for paying my items. A message suddenly states, that BWET don't deliver to the specified region. That's really annoying.

Next day in my inbox from BWET: "Don't leave us hanging ... Swimwear remaining in the shopping cart ... 25% on you entire order".

I ordered with no fuzz, but 6 days later "Order cancelled" standard email and an immediate refund on Google Pay.

They don't reply to emails.

BWET has become my favorite swimwear…

BWET has become my favorite swimwear brand. Not only for the awesome and good quality products but also for the good customer service. Oleg is a nice and attentive person who helped me a lot with my purchase. I will definitely continue buying new models!

The service is great

The service is great, I ordered a yellow one and the color was not available in the right size and as a compromise they were willing to send an extra one for free.
After a little struggle with customs finally, just before I left on holiday, I received the promised free trunk.
The fitting is great, verry nice quality and they look great.
With the last two, I now have 5 in total and they are awesome.
It's hard to choose which one to wear, but with 35⁰ degrees I can wear a different one each day.
Keep up the good work.

Thanks a lot, specially to Oleg who helped me out with al the custom stuff and kept his promises every time.

BWET Superfan

BWET superfan for 7+ years. Mainly because I’ve made some great new friendships on the beach in BWETs. As you would expect from a premium brand their swimwear is well made and their customer service is on point.
