Great Product and Customer Service
I bought the tablets for my Invisalign retainers. This product is great. My retainers are really clean after using the tablets and there is absolutely no after taste.
The company is wonderful and they respond quickly to any concerns or questions you may have. If you are looking for a great product that is safe, this is the place to purchase.

“Buy at your own risk”
I purchased a dental flosser thru Woot but had the Weiss logo all over it. It lasted less than 6 months and I wrote Bweiss to ask about the warranty and getting a replacement. They refused to honor my request and said they no longer stock that flosser. I understand not carrying a flosser any longer but strongly believe they should honor the warranty. They should have offered a comparable product or returned the purchase price. A company who will not honor their warranty is not one I will do ANY business with in the future.
They said to contact Woot, thereby trying to pass off responsibility to them. Woot always makes it clear to contact the manufacturing company if it involves a warranty issue. This company failed miserably in its customer service with me.
I would urge “buy at your own risk” if considering anything being purchased from Bweiss company.
