Extremely disappointed with Buzzmeeh mobile repair service.

I gave my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 for a simple flex replacement. Before repair, all functions including the microphone were working perfectly.

Within just 2 days after the repair, the main microphone completely stopped working. Now voice recording, WhatsApp audio, and calls are affected.

This clearly indicates either poor workmanship or the use of low-quality parts. A professional service should never return a device with such a critical issue.

I request Buzzmeeh to take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately.

Customers are advised to thoroughly check their device before leaving the shop.

Pathetic service……Chor Hai Saale……no after sales service…..they won’t reply to your mail, messages or calls after service if you face any issue. I got my screen replaced for iPhone and from day 1 it is not working. And since then Buzzmeh ke Dalle not picking my call or answering to my mails or WhatsApp messages…….do not recommend at all

Worst experience. Recently, changed phone screen with them. Phone didn't feel but screen stopped working after one month. Either they temporarily fixed the screen or replaced with duplicate one.

They give you one year warranty which is waste. It's like getting protection from lion in the sea.

Always ask for clear terms and conditions. As nothing will come to them, nothing is covered. They can even give you 10 years warranty.

Buzzmeeh is a really trustable website you can really rely on them for your phone their service are very good thankyou buzzmeeh

I wish could give negative and also lodge a complian, they just don't know how to fix the mobile, at the time of repair they quickly provide service and after just stop replying. I got my phone screen display replacement, and the day it was fixed and after removing rubber band lots of light was coming out of gap, the screen display was not properly sealed. Despite of giving 6 month of warranty period they did not fixed nor replying to query. It's fraud, scam and just looting people.

Buzzmeeh replaced the screen on my Motorola G54 on 25 Dec and it’s been a very disappointing experience.

At booking/service time they assured me it would be an original screen, but when I complained that the screen is not flush / not fitted properly, customer care later said it’s not original and mentioned it is “AAA”. This is misleading.

I was charged ₹2,200, which is too high for a duplicate/aftermarket screen.

The screen is coming out / not seated properly and there is light leakage from multiple places.

After reporting this issue, they are not answering calls and no technician is coming for inspection/rectification.

Their WhatsApp warranty/support is also not responding.

Overall: misleading information, poor workmanship, overcharging, and no after-service support. Not recommended.

Worst Service & Warranty Fraud – Buzzmeeh PuneDevice: Motorola Razr 40 Ultra; service cost ₹20,000. Screen repaired with 6-month warranty, but device returned with loose parts, failing glue, and dead touch within 2 months. Warranty claim via WhatsApp and email to Buzzmeeh resulted in no action—see attached screenshots and email dated May 31st.Buzzmeeh ignores complaints and does not honor warranty. Many reviewers have the same complaint. Service is unprofessional and unreliable.

Pathetic People. They already know their screens are not good. So very cleverly they put on their invoice (which they don't automatically give you during repair). Their screens will work for TWO MONTHS MAX!. If you are willing to spend 6500 bucks for having a working screen for TWO MONTHS, please go ahead. If not, just dont go anywhere near them!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received from your company. On 07 November 2024, I had the display of my Samsung Galaxy M20 replaced through Buzzmeh, for which I paid a charge of 1500 rupees. Unfortunately, since the same day, the display has not been working correctly – it intermittently shows lines, and at times, the display malfunctions on its own.

I have reached out multiple times to your helpline, spoken with your executive, and even discussed the issue with your backend manager. However, each time I was either ignored or told the issue would be resolved "tomorrow," but nothing has been done so far. This lack of responsiveness and accountability is extremely frustrating.

Is this the kind of service Buzzmeh provides? It seems as though attention is only given to customers when they are placing orders, but if they require after-sales service, they are kept waiting indefinitely. I am very disappointed with Buzzmeh and your staff’s approach to handling my issue.

After waiting this long, it is clear to me that no resolution will be provided. Therefore, I kindly request that my payment of 1500 rupees be refunded. While I may be able to bear this loss, I sincerely urge you not to take advantage of other customers this way, especially those who may not afford such losses. If you cannot provide satisfactory service, then perhaps reconsider offering these services.

This has been an incredibly poor experience with Buzzmeh, and I hope you take steps to improve.

Recently I got my Iphone repaired and within 1 month the entire screen was black and Buzzmeeh didn't help me with the warranty with the so called warranty they have.

Worst company for mobile repair.

Wastage of Money, poor quality of parts being used for replacement. I got my mobile screen replaced and it stopped working immediately after removing rubber bands. Buzzmeeh refused for any support and also not covered under any warranty
