Lack of electronic bingo…
Issues with getting an electronic bingo board on more than one occasion ( I’ve been told that they are waiting for the new machines on order ) but I believe including myself that customers will choose a different bingo club.
As the second time I’ve left feedback still no improvement on specific special nights.
Causing dissatisfaction with Buzz Bingo I wouldn’t recommend this club because of the lack of machines.
On three different nights over the past couple of visits.

Good morning Paul,
Thank you for your review of our Stockport club.
I’m sorry to hear of your issues with our touchpads in our club. Unfortunately, I am unable to advise more on this issue over TrustPilot but if club have advised they are waiting on new ones, there isn't much more we could offer I am afraid. I will still pass this over to the team.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, good or bad feedback is always appreciated and will help us provide a better customer service experience to our players.
