Beware deduction on returned goods
Good range of products on their website but their refund/return policies for online shoppers are harsh and unethical.
A product was shipped to me which didn't match the sizing described on their website size chart. It may even have been mislabelled with an incorrect size. I have photos as evidence of this.
No choice but to return the garment as it was about 5" smaller than described on their size chart.
Still, when it was returned (unworn and in original packaging) they deducted the original shipping fee and a re-stocking fees from my refund.
If it had matched the listed size/dimensions I'd have kept it.
But as it stands I've paid a £penalty.

Hi Claire,
We shipped you the correct size wetsuit that you ordered. This item was not mislabelled and matches the size guide supplied to us by the brand.
Our returns fees are clearly stated on our website along with any additional restocking fees.
"Any refund requests will not include the cost of the original shipping charges,"
"We operate a Returns Fee of £5 per returned wetsuit to be deducted from your refund. We deem this fee necessary to cover the costs in processing wetsuit returns, with regards to checking, cleaning and restocking."
I'm sorry that you weren't happy with our service on this occasion, but we simply followed our policy on returned goods.
