On May 1, 2026, I ordered 2 organic castor oil roll ons. I was notified that they were shipped on May 3, my credit card was charged. I was given a tracking number. I never received the items and my attempts to contact the company in two different emails received no response. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company to rescind payment.

I ordered a rose quartz roller Castor oil. It does not have rose quartz it’s plastic two pieces of white plastic to be exact glued together. White not pink, which is what color rose quartz to this and of course no response…. I want my money back - This is a bait and switch.
