Waiting a month and still waiting for a ovendoor seal. Got the confirmation email and then the dispatch email and nothing more. Sent two messages and never got any response from them. I now have sent a email to fastways to see if they received my package.
Rip off totally. If in ireland please do not buy from them. I'm out €30 and first time I ever had this problem from multiple other companies.

If anyone who bought from Ireland has been hit with customs and VAT as I was I would suggest a complaint to the parent company Kingfisher. I did and received a refund of both a year or so ago. I see that they are still catching people out with their Irish domain address. A real con job.

Same as what others have said should have looked here first before buying I also went back to cancel my order 5 minutes after ordering they told me I would have to wait up to 24 hours for a response the next morning they emailed me saying the it had dispatched they will try any thing to not give your money back

I bought a rack for my samsung oven from them which was priced at €59.48 plus €6.98 delivery which I thought was pricy but went ahead anyway as I have already bought generic ones that did not work. Unfortunately I did not read the small print which says that I may be charged customs if outside the UK. I thought I was on an Irish site but not the case. Was delivered from Screwfix Spares in UK. It incurred and extra €19 in custom charges. Painful experience - never again - BUT rack if perfect.

Not an Irish Site despite having a .ie domain so you will get stung for customs fees which are not mentioned at checkout.

Ridiculous service, was charged custom charges as buyspares didn't do the right customs paper work even though it looked like it was an irish site not uk, even more annoying is that it should have been exempt from any charges, very disappointed and when I emailed them I heard nothing back

If you don't need now this stuff that you ordered and you can't get it locally is ok. I was waiting very long time but I got it, better than nothing.

As many other reviews point out, this is not an Irish company despite the impression they give. So the next day delivery is anything but, you will have to pay customs charges, and in my case they sent the same part out twice which was confusing as An Post then wanted two sets of customs charges. You can get the customs charges back but best avoided. Part of the Screwfix group by the look of it which can't do their reputation any good.

I ordered a new Power Head for a Vax Blade vacuum. The website showed it to be in stock.
I received an order confirmation, then nothing.
When I emailed them a week later I was told the item was OUT OF STOCK..
They are difficult to contact. The Chat line was not working. The web site is very poor.

Thieves! I don't know why I didn't do the trutpilot search to find all these reviews. They advertise as Ireland and even include an Irish Vat registration number to con you into purchasing, but then it's GB all the way, including the customs charges. Never again. This is their list of demands for a refund of the vat you paid - please provide the An post receipt along with your bank details so we can issue a refund.

Never again !! This is not an Irish Company. It’s an English company which uses an Irish Domain. I ordered Tumble Dryer Balls they took an age to arrive and I also had to pay customs fee which I would have considered this to have been included in the costly delivery which in my naivety thought was a courier fee. On the customs receipt they were listed as a Battery Base and came in a big box. I only wish I had read reviews beforehand lesson learnt 🙁

Two Items received weeks apart with no meaningful notification as to why. Parts needed to be returned as incorrect. That’s when the horror started. Days of trying with no success as the reference number was unclear & the digit l is actually a 1 sorry days of going round in circles. Obviously I tried to speak to a human… of course no chance so joined the ‘chat’ it closed down for days with a message saying thier none existent phone lines were busy & to blame. I did however get the superb advice to try putting the reference number in again !!!! How do you that I tried, but 1000 times and it didn’t work seem to not get through to the chat bot human. After a week I tried again after sending emails or phone calls from a real human to explain the digit problem. Hurray I thought. But this was before I’d been able to get as far as the actual returns process…..what a faff, round & round we go, the items have come separately so they have to be returned separately….really,,,, with different numbers to boot. Two days later, with some completely different ‘returns numbers’ to use. Waiting to see if any money in ever returns today an invitation to write a review. Oh yes please, but to do that I have to join their mailing list and agree to all their future annoying nonsense so good old trust pilot instead…..
Don’t bother starting the nightmare process of purchasing from buyspares then finding it incredibly difficult to send back hoping I’m sure that you just won’t bother. It should be possible to give no stars as no service thats usable surely doesn’t deserve even one.

It states that it is an Irish site .However, after ordering, we never received an item. Every two weeks they were resending emails about how they are awaiting stock and will send it within 1-2 weeks. After more than two month of waiting, I got enough and asked for a refund. They explained something about their company being taken over another company and instead of the money refund we were offered a voucher to spend in that shop and it is valid for a few month. So basically I am left with a voucher to buy some spare detail for something that I don't even need at the moment ( I can't order what I ordered before as obviously it is not in stock). Stay away!!!

As all other reviews state….this is not an Irish website, they are based in the UK, so delivery time of 5-7 days is false. I’ve been waiting 25 days for my item already and no sign of it. Stay clear!

Just to reiterate what most reviews have stated, this is not an Irish website. My order value €47 got held up in customs had to pay an additional €14 to get item released. When order placed didn’t receive a confirmation email. No reply to any of my queries regarding order.

This is not an irish site,Ordered goods, part for karcher k4, came from England, custom charges on top of the price paid for the part. Part cost €46.39 customs including administration fee €14.16 should have ordered directly from karcher, it would have come quicker and there wouldn't have been any import fees.

Placed order and money taken immediately. After waiting 18days i received an email to say the item is out of stock and I should expect my delivery in another 2-4weeks

Was worried after checking reviews after I purchased but parts for washing machine door eventually arrived after 4 weeks, no customs issue (value €40). Would use again if i'm not in an immediate hurry for spare parts.

This company is a scam site I ordered parts for my washing machine, no response once they took my money, reading other reviews now the same what I can't understand is how is this company getting away with it?

I ordered a part received no invoice so i tried to cancel the order no one got back to me,I emailed several times and tried to contact by phone and i have got no response. The money has been taken from my account, the company needs to be closed down as I can have come to conclusion it is a scam site.
