And one of the deliveries was sent to the wrong address. I think someone took it and Informed buysnacks, they instantly send a new box out free of charge

First class service…
I have ordered coffee beans from BuySnacks for sometime however my latest order did not arrive in the usual swift time after placing it so I sent an email. I received a reply within a couple of hours to advise that it had been lost in transit by the courier. However they sent a replacement the same day by Royal Mail first class tracked and I received it next day. Their service could not have been better, from keeping me informed and the replacement order being sent same day.
Excellent company to do business with.

There are no negative remarks to make, have repeatedly ordered the same product and have repeatedly got the same rapid service, they update you readily and postage is super quick, I will continue to order from them and unless something cataclysmic happens will always do so.

On time, Excellent Quality
I ordered white chocolate “Artiach Filipinos” snacks from them and I received exactly what I expected. There were no issues with quality, taste or damage to the packaging and everything was delivered in a timely manner. I’d definitely recommend this site.
