Ordered a TV, paid for express delivery and never got it delivered. I canceled my order and a month later still haven't got the refund.

It’s a disgrace how this company is operating they are misleading their customers on their website. They are selling a tv for £1540.38 don’t be fool, it’s a con I also had a confirmation that they have shipped their order only to find out that The item was even purchased from their suppliers. I had to ask for a refund after calling for two days for someone to pick the phone up. My advice do not buy anything on their website. It’s there con there are not all company there are con

Brought 2 MIcro SD cards and they are genuine. So hard to find a good supplier and a really good price.
Fast delivery and well packaged. Will be returning to buy more.

Super fast delivery would buy from buykingston again

My order was processed quickly. The communications were excellent. I am very happy with my product and buying experience.

A few issues but everything worked out. I had a few issues with buying my tv from them. First I paid with PayPal and somehow my old address showed up to them through it even though I have my new address set up there. And despite the fact that I put the new address during check out they told me they can only deliver it to the address that showed up to them through paypal or cancel the delivery. So I cancelled it and ordered again paying by card. I chose express delivery and their site said it is going to arrive by Saturday. But then it turned out there are no weekend deliveries. So in the end I got it in the following Tuesday. But they were helpful all the way. I got my money back I paid for the express delivery. So that's why 4 stars. I was thinking between 3 and 4 but felt like 3 would be maybe a little too harsh.

I ordered and paid for 2x KVR56U46BD8-48, but only 1x shipped. Support team was slow to respond to email, but they did accept their mistake and then ship the 2nd.

The website was simple and easy to use, emails kept me up to date, and delivery was fast. Overall I am happy with the process and would buy from them again.

The website is informative and easy to navigate and the laptop was delivered the next day.
Did try and get through on the phone before purchase but just got message saying mailbox was full. Didn't try and contact via email as wasn't prepared to wait for a response. Took a punt and it turned out alright.
