Buy Firewood Direct Ltd Recensioni

Really efficient service, great prices, and the firewood burns like a dream.

Great website , fast delivery , hassle free transaction. First class service. Timber was kiln dried as described and was great quality

Excellent company to deal with. Very good and efficient service and products. Highly recommended

Ease of ordering, prompt delivery, good quality wood, very happy with the service

Really good experience overall. Ordering was easy and delivery was on time with no issues.
The firewood is good quality – dry and ready to use straight away, which made a big difference. Burns well and gives off great heat.
Everything was straightforward and exactly as expected. Would definitely order again.

Always prompt delivery and placed carefully in garden not blocking side gate and car charger

The burn quality of the wood is excellent

Disgraceful.., ordered a crate of wood. Waited six weeks for delivery. No sign of them. Eventually got through to someone who told me it wasn’t available. Ordered a bag of wood and waited weeks for this . After many calls I was told the original crate was available, so cancelled the bag. A bag of wood arrived that was a mix of all sorts that some of it wouldn’t fit in my fire… asked for a refund for the bag…11 weeks later after at least two calls a week I had to travel to Carlow and ask for the refund, which I got. The phone system is a disaster and even the operators can’t get through to their own finance department… after more than five years of getting wood here, I’m out… never again Rathwood…

Dry timber, quick delivery, volume as promised

Great wood.

Prompt delivery, excellent wood and good value.

We have been using this company for a few years now. The ordering process is really easy. The website is very user friendly and the co.pany that delivered are really good to deal with. We have found that nothing was to much trouble for them and drop the crate of wood right up to our door. Cant fault anything, the quality of the wood is good and we will be repeat costumers for years to come

I always buy my firewood in bulk from buyfirewooddirect.ie They deliver when they say they will, and the firewood is top class. You get what you pay for, and it is really worth it to get great logs from here. They burn for ages and give out a great heat. Highly reccomend!

Quick delivery, very satisfactorily dropped at required position. Logs look good.

Great wood, well dried and burns well. Its 3rd time we ordered with company. Grest value for money. Delivery is always fast and they unload in place we ask. We will be ordering again thats for sure!

Excellent product, great value exactly as advertised, fast delivery

We have found the service from the company is excellent

You did not deliver my crate of firewood on time. Huge delay. I had to purchase wood elsewhere to keep me going over Christmas. Very disappointing.

Highly recommend this company, was let down last Christmas week by a well known company, and rang buyfirewood direct, with a few days to Christmas, and they deliver me an order. Staff all lovely to deal with from sales to delivery. They should be all feeling proud of their efforts for the business.

Super supplier fast and reliable and the logs are excellent a lot of rubbish out there not here 🤩
