Do not buy anything from this company. The advertisement for Sandals looked so queuine was supposed to be recommended by a doctor for foot problems. They arrived 4 weeks after ordered. They are very cheap material, flimsy uppers, buckle not fit for purpose. Insole ridget not paddeded as advert. The soles cheap plastic and wrong size sent. Emailed requesting refund and their email asked for my full bank details and for me not to return item. I didn't reply to them obviously a scam.

This is an attempt to extract bank details via a necessary refund for shoes which break immediately without even taking a step They are not intended to be worn.
No refunds available without giving bank details . This ought to be totally banned .How can such obvious criminality be allowed on instagram?

I ordered shoes from a company called 'Regal Comfort' on an advert on Instagram but the order was confirmed by 'Buyeronspot'. The shoes were unwearable & I was told a refund would only be sent if I gave my bank details. Obviously that's not going to happen. I'm so angry that I was taken in - lesson learnt!

Received a pair of ladies shoes. First wearing and a clasp broke. Clasps are very flimsy and not fit for purpose. Did not want a replacement and asked for a refund. They asked for my bank details and told me not to return shoes. I then looked at other reviews and decided to write off the bad experience and not supply bank details.

These sandals I bought aren’t worth £49.99 the buckels are hard plastic when I fasten them it broke I told them they didn’t fit I’ve reported this & asked how I can return

After reading other reviews am shocked that this company haven’t been band from advertising 😡

I ordered sandals on the basis of a google post on my phone. When they arrived they were of poor quality and the straps couldn't be done up. I requested a refund and was asked for all sorts of bank and personal details - and told to keep the sandals. I am not going to send the details as I now suspect this is a scam to get my bank details.

I ordered ladies sandals and within half an hour, I changed my mind after reading poor reviews of the company. I was told that a refund could not be made via the bank card I had paid with but I had to give them my back details. After checking with my bank that this was safe to do so, (although the bank saw no reason that it could not be refunded automatically via the card I had paid with) I gave them my bank details.Since then, I have heard nothing and no replies to my emails to ask for progress of the refund. My bank also asked my if I had set up a regular payment with Buyeronspot, as one had been set up by them to debit my account. As I was not aware of this, they have put a block on my account so Buyeronspot cannot take any money out. BEWARE

They are unbranded, Chinese 9.5cm x 7 cm travel.size. They won't focus. Value £5.00 Sterling. You can get the same with a branded name TB44714 Giuhds on Temu, but that maybe a dodgy American site too. Similar Mogg are £13.07 on Direct14.

Do not buy anything to them, it's a tricky company, I bought some items that never arrived and they do not answer my mails.

I got charged £138 for two knee supports. It was queried by my credit card company, but I ok'd it by mistake.
Learn by mistake and avoid this company.

While the delivery to Australia was fast, the advertisement was very misleading and when I complained about being sent inferior (Almost useless) products the company made no effort to tell me how to return the goods. They did ask me for an account number but no money was refunded. What can I do? .

After many messages to them finally received a refund not the full amount of £59, they sent £46.86. Better than nothing

I brought the knee support and yip i got a large to and had to give them away . and they took $69 outta my account i emailed the for my money back but never got it even today nothing have told the fraud and let them deal with it.not a good company to deal with took my money and didnt even send a 2nd pair of knee supports dishonest

Inmediatamente me llega notificación por correo que el pago no fué aceptado y que puedo hacerlo en un OXXO con efectivo.
Llamé a AMEX y el regristro del cargo está efectuado.
No tengo respuesta en apoyo, solo un segundo correo invitandome a pagar en efectivo con 30% de descuento.
No encuentro la seriedad por ningún lado.

I recently bought two 2TB memory pens thinking they would be useful for backing up my photos and my documents. But these pens are not 2 TB as advertised they are much smaller. It cost me over £50.00. I feel I have been scammed.
