Even though I needed only 1 box, Jamie and Stacey were responsive, helpful, returned messages, and got me my box.

The website was a challenge. Several times I lost work as the website soft crashed. Your customer service was excellent and literally saved the order. Stacey Desroches assisted me on several occasions with design, quote and ordering. Without Stacey's help I would not have placed the order.

I generally like my order. They're beautiful. However, I ordered a larger size box than I had ordered previously. I have my logo printed on the inside of the top flap of the box and on the large boxes, the logo is much larger than I would have preferred. I signed off on the proof; I just didn't correctly visualize the relation of the size.

Buyboxes consistently gets our order done beautifully and is always flexible in helping to meet our deadlines! 100/10 would recommend Buyboxes for custom mailers!

The donation boxes were bigger than expected (that's a good thing). The print work is great and they arrived in a timely manner. We will definitely use your company again!

She assisted me in getting the exact box that I was looking for (which arrived in perfect condition and is already on its way to the other side of the world [in this case, Italy]), and I so look forward to working with your company again. They do quality work and as a small business owner, I appreciate the low minimum quantities required. The customer service associate, Stacey was very knowledgeable and willing to guide me through the entire process.

Absolute one of the worse company experiences I’ve had. Terrible communication. There was a lot of excuses why things weren’t happening as they should. It took them nearly a month just to give our company a quote. After recieving a quote it took nearly 2 weeks for them to send us a proof prior to production. Their communication and excuses was enough for our company to find a different source for our floor displays. We contacted another company, and they completed everything including a full printed sample and we had it in hand before buy boxes could even get a final proof to us. Horrible company wouldn’t recommend.

I am a first time, very small company and Buy Boxes really came through for me. They helped me through the entire process (including technology glitches) and were very patient and supportive, even though the order I placed was small. The boxes came out just as I wanted them - the artwork looks amazing and the box size and inserts are perfect. I will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend them.

The boxes look fine. It's a box, so no complaints. But you charged me $85 to ship 3 cardboard boxes. Absolutely ridiculous. If it wasn't a business expense for a nonprofit, I would have never bought anything from your company with my own money. You should be ashamed of charging that much. I got a motorcycle lift shipped for less than 3 cardboard boxes from you.
