Do not buy from these guys.

They entered a gated courtyard and then proceeded to seel my 85 year old mother with early onset dementia £141.00 worth of produce.

This is unethical and taking advantage.

Do not buy from this company clearly over charging !!!!!!! And taking advantage!

I’m returning my fish. The breaded cod which looked to be excellent sized portions, had been prepared in a most odd way. Instead of the usual pane, it appeared to have a thick flowery coating, (very much thicker than the dusting in pane) which was in turn coated in thick crumb. This appeared to count for circa 30% of the product thickness. It had very little flavour and the fish looked quite grey. Not in keeping with “fine foods”.

A van visited the house from Butlers and the sales person assured me the cod was air frozen. In the past we had been caught out my buying frozen fish that included a lot of water in the freezing process. The cod was 430 grams frozen but defrosted weighed 276 grams. Nearly half its weight in water and a litre over the box. Clearly not air frozen. I was promised a call back but no response from the company. Not satisfied.

Ordering was easy. Phoned with delivery date which was kept. Wonderful service by Richard. Great tasting food.

Excellent selection of frozen fish. We have enjoyed trying the different kinds of fish in the mixed box, the pieces of fish are of great quality and a decent size.

Greg has been delivering amazing food products to our home since 2013. It's so much better than the fish and seafood available at supermarkets (even quality supermarkets). All the family loves it, and we wouldn't shop anywhere else.

No quibble returns if you decide to try something new and it's not for you. Been there for us whenever we've wanted a delivery throughout covid, and always with a friendly face. My husband bought a box of smoked haddock & kippers to try last month. Absolutely delicious - so delicious in fact that we’ve had some more & also we’ve had cod loin, tuna steaks & salmon. It is expensive but the quality is first rate in our opinion.

Ordered Bison Steaks online, payment via PayPal and delivery came the next day, brilliant service. Have tried 2 of the steaks which we griddled although tender we found them to be a bit chewy so will see what the next couple are like. Otherwise good value for money.

All the fish we've had is exceptional quality. The Salmon Supremes are the best tasting I've ever had. I can't recommend Butlers Fine Foods any higher. The delivery service is very good. Thank you Richard.

We have been customers for a number of years and have found the Company and especially Richard very helpful. Just a telephone call away and Richard is there with a welcome voice. We have found that the meat and fish excellent and very tasty. A telephone call and Richard is there at the door with the order and sometimes helps in putting the order in the freezer. Would highly recommend this Company for the food and friendly service.

I ordered the meat pack from Butlers Fine Food. The joints were all of the finest quality and the one's we have eaten so far were tender and full of flavour.

The delivery is made in person by one of the Butlers team so you can discuss anything you need to about their products with them. Not just that the service they provided was amazing. I'll definitely be using them again
