Cheese excellent. Pity about delivery
Cheese excellent. Was bought as a birthday treet for my daughter who lives 80 miles from us but was delivered a day late even though we chose her birthday as delivery date. Post strikes meant that cards were not going to be delivered and you offered courier service.

We're sorry to hear that your delivery was made late by the couriers. When ordering, we ask customers to select their chosen dispatch date (the date it leaves us). I've had a look, and we dispatched your order with APC on the date selected at the time of ordering. I'm sorry that this meant your order was delivered a day late.
Dishonourable sales practice
You twice send me sales emails including the promise of some free cheese with a purchase. When, on the second day, I decided to take up your offer, you refused to honour it. I shall not be shopping with you again in a hurry!

Timing and quality 1st class
The cheeses were shipped on the date as agreed and arrived in top condition two days later.
It is lovely cheese and well worth the effort to buy on-line rather than just pick whatever is available in the supermarket.

Amazing Customer Services and a hit with cheese lovers
My best friend gets headaches from chocolate but LOVES cheese so I ordered her the Butlers letterbox Easter Egg earlier in the year and she absolutely loved not just the concept but the cheese and chutney. As it was such a hit at the beginning of November I pre-ordered her a letterbox cheeseboard as one of her Christmas presents to be delivered Christmas week. Since ordering she has decided to spend Christmas the other end of the UK so I emailed Butlers to see what we could do and just 8 minutes later Lou replied and updated the shipping address for me. They have also upgraded shipping on all letterbox orders from Royal Mail to APC at no extra cost due to the strikes and delays. Fantastic customer services, highly recommend. Thank you :)

Wonderful creamy goats cheese, delivered to your door.
To begin with, I’m so pleased I could order the cheese direct. Even though you are not local to me, I was so impressed the cool pack which was in the packaging with cheeses was still quite frozen. This is the best hard goats cheese I’ve ever tasted, it’s lovely and creamy but firm too. I would highly recommend this cheese.

I messed up the delivery address. I sent them an email and they changed it without a hiccup.
Hand written note is a nice touch too. Didn't get to try the product as it was a gift.
