Excellent
The cheese was a gift so I can only say I really really like Blackstick blue so was sure the rest would be good. Excellent customer service in response time and rescheduled the package and altered the message for me. Posted one day and arrived the next much to the delight of the recipient. Such a lovely gift to give.

Being able to choose the date it’s sent is really helpful. I’ve bought two different sets and the cheese in both was delicious. Will definitely buy again soon.

The Gift set arrived in time and when requested , the cheeses were well packed and I liked the kool bag that kept the cheeses fresh . I did imagine that the crackers would have been a bit more substantial as they were very small in size and definately not sufficient to use with all the cheeses . Overall though i must say that I am pleased with the delivery and the cheeses and will definately be using the service again .

Thank you for your honest review Mark, we're pleased to hear that even in this hot weather we are experiencing, your letterbox cheese order arrived in tip top condition. We are sorry that you feel the crackers were not in a big enough quantity for the amount of cheese you had. This is all down to personal preference alongside the weight limit we have through Royal Mail for our letterboxes to be posted directly through your letterbox.

Well packed, didn't take long to be delivered, informed of pending delivery all the way through. Haven't finish the cheeses yet, gave some away to our son. Didn't realise most of the Best to eat dates would only be 4 to 6 weeks, I suppose cause don't really read best due by dates when I only buy one piece of cheese I know it will be eaten within 2 weeks

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't realise the soft and blue cheeses alongside your Perfect British Cheeseboard has 4 weeks shelf life, please be assured that by purchasing direct from ourselves you receive the longest date we can safely do.
The hard cheeses you have received should have longer dates on.

Problems with delivery. Courier left outside a different house not a neighbour in the sun all day.
