These are expensive switches. They look great. The metal finishes are perfect. But they wobble. When flipping the switch, I expect something this expensive to feel sturdy, but it does not. The switches on all my Buster & Punch items all wobble from side to side and do not feel sturdy as a result. I compared this with standard switches elsewhere in the house (at one tenth the cost), and the B&P switches are either similar to or worse than those far cheaper. Perhaps a result of the modular system, or poor engineering. These do not feel amazing, and yet they should.

It looks great, but for the price the quality is terrible. The switches are plastic inside and after few uses they broke down. The customer service is great and replaced it, but it’s probably going to happen again due to poor quality and make.

We’re sorry to hear that our B+P electricity has not worked as expected?

We do want to resolve this for you, but in order to process a return under our returns policy, We need to establish if there is a fault and understand the nature of the problem. Requests for details, photographs or video are necessary to help us identify the fault and determine the appropriate resolution.

Our intention has never been to make the return process unnecessarily difficult or to put you through “hoops”. We have also tried to communicate with you directly so that we could understand the issue and work towards a resolution as quickly as possible, but unfortunately you refused to take our calls.

We are happy to investigate the issue and assist with the return. However our warranty and return policy is clearly available on our website prior to purchase.

As a certified electrician (CPE), I can say that the build quality of the Buster and Punch switches is disappointing. The materials feel cheaply made, and the switch mechanism itself is flimsy. The toggle-switch broke-off the very first time it was used. Based on my 35+ years of experience, I do not recommend this product.

Switches break easily. I have had two break at the toggle switch, so you have to replace the switch and the detail kit. This order was for replacements.

Great switches with solid, satisfying "clunck". Internal parts are plastic which led to failure on one unit. Switch stems are plastic and can snap if something catches on the switch toggle itself. Ie. Clothing, bags, children.

What a joke. The only switch I've ever seen that charges 30% more for the actual switch toggle after charging over $30 for something I could find a similar product for at Home Depot for a 1/3 the price. And that would come with EVERY part I need to complete the install, not in 3 separate orders that all make one light switch cost over $100!!!!!!!!!!! Not recommending this site to anyone because of this, and seriously considering returning all the things I bought.

The backplate looks like metal, but it is plastic. For the price, it should be metal and there was no mention of it that it would be plastic in the product description on the website.
