The customer service was excellent. I needed to make some modifications to the standard design and they accommodated everything perfectly. Very fast to respond to my requests and great service overall. Very pleased with the final product.

The logistics of handling international customs was taken care of by the Buso staff and made the arrival of the shipment very simple and on schedule. The components were well packed in the shipping crate and all the mating pieces of the console very precise and easy to assemble. Finished unit looks fantastic!

Amazing desk ! I had some customisation done and everything was just right. Assembly wasn’t hard but took two of us.
Sitting standing height range is epic and would suit the tallest or smallest of humans. Great customer service. Highly recommended if you are looking for a forever desk.

I ordered a Buso Audio Producer XL table. The quality standard is very high and I received the shipment in a properly protected wooden crate. Assembly took a while, but I managed it on my own - the only issue was that the instructions where not super detailed, resulting in me having to undo and redo some parts as I figured out what needs to be done. All in all I would order again in a blink though, I am extremely happy with the desk!

At takes some time but fully worth it.
I received my Buso table and setup everything and it is really FANTASTIC!!!
Very nice and exactly what I was looking for.
Make sure to read their manuals THOROUGHLY! As my table was a fully customized version of their Control 88 to hold 2x SSL UF8, 1UC1, 1 UF1 and a 61 or 88 keys keyboard in the heavy duty drawer, it came with a very nicely handwritten extra manual with pics and sketches and notes - plus the standard professional Controll 88 manual (woth markings for my changes).
Take your time and think everything through first and then start (depending on your level of customization, it is slightly more demanding than Ikea...)
Anyway totally worth it and a great team!

Product: Studio XL, Cover Panels, Rack Kit…

Regarding the desk quality it’s definitely a nice material and the way it was shipped proves there was some care.

However building it was quite difficult even with the instructions and marked pieces.

The biggest downsides are:
1. The stability of the “structure” build is less than comfortable. There are pieces that are not even fastened to the desk and need to use wood glue to glue pieces to make sure there’s no “wobbleness” this include desktop and both side pieces on the desktop
2. I was VERY disappointed with the cover panels. They are too small in size and do not match the product description at all. They also are not fastened to the desk. So they’re just free moving pieces of wood
3. The racks mount kits for the legs that I bought separately are roughly 20” inches away from the front edge of the desk. Almost useless for anything to rack mount since I can’t reach anything down there.

Overall I really thought this was going to be my next studio desk to last me a lifetime. But it’s unfortunately more “aesthetic” than it is practical/useable.

I’ll keep at it maybe and update if things improve.

I had looked for Studio furniture for a long time until I found BUSO. There are so many option to choose from to help your workflow. The desk (Producer 61) is built very well and is beautiful to sit at. We are adding two more consoles this fall. The wait is very much worth it as the quality is unmatched. Bravo BUSO!
