Top level service.
I spoke to Robin at Business Fly in the early part of 2025 about booking a long haul trip in December. Robin found me suitable flights with a well regarded carrier - Cathay Pacific - at excellent prices, and also arranged accommodation for us during a long layover. The carrier has made some changes to the itinerary of which Robin has kept us fully informed at all times. He has provided great service, if there is better and more conscientious provider I'd be very surprised. Thanks again Robin, a job very well done.

Robin did it again! This is my 2nd time booking through him.

Excellent service speedy and efficient
Robin who dealt with my enquiry was extremely patient and accommodating in view of the various date changes i made and also a fare I could afford. Based on his service I would recommend the Business Fly, especially if you are looking a relatively cheap long haul flight in an emergency. And thank the company for their quick and efficient responses with all my communications with them during the process of finding me the flight I booked with them. It a first class service.
