Friendly and professional team. They take the stress out of financing process. Cant be happier I chose Riviera!

At first it was difficult but after the initial sign up it was smooth sailing. Debbie was great!!!

We have had some glitches along the way ... but with a little patience on both sides we have managed to do business for about 10 years

My experience with Business Factors and Finance is one that only stories are written about. I was looking for a factoring company late one evening and just came across their website. I took an opportunity to read through everything and found that this company was actually speaking a user friendly language that I understood. I submitted my short application thinking surely I would need to follow-up and chase my application... No, not the case at all. Early the next morning I received a call from this group to find out my plans and my business goals. The gentleman on the telephone was so excited for me that I had found them. He quickly directed me to the local office of Rivera Finance. Just as I finished the call with him...I was on the telephone with Antonio and shortly thereafter introduced to Amanda. This team walked me through the process every step of the way..... To make a great long story short. I have used other companies in the past and they just don’t measure up great job Riviera

I have been using Riviera Finance for the last three years. I can not think of how I would be able to grow my Business without them. The customer service is top notch. The actual funding and finance that I use Riviera for is the best I have ever used. I get calls all the time to switch, other companies just do not measure up to what I get from Riviera in fast processing and funding when I need it. I have my personal account rep and she is amazing. She explains everything I have a question on and always takes or returns my calls or emails promptly. Riviera is a trusted Business partner I can't do without.

Riviera Finance has always done my company well. Been dealing with them since 2014 and have no reason to look elsewhere for any funding help. I hope to continue our business with them for many years to come yet.
