Business Class International Recensioni

Stephen was terrific. Good pricing and flight times with excellent follow through and prompt response. This is our first time using this company and they may well get all of our business in the future.

As I emailed them on a Sunday afternoon, I did not receive a next day reply, however, when I phoned them, they dealt with my enquiry promptly and I had a reservation within a couple of hours

Really helpful got a great price on a business class flight to Australia and Steven is even arranging my Visa for me

We are grateful to Steven for the research and effort he has put in to organise our trip, he has been extremely helpful and are grateful for the quick replies to all our queries. We will have no hesitation in recommending Steven and your company

I received excellent service from Stephen Langton who was very helpful in assisting with my complicated itinerary.
5 stars: Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Efficient assured service providing the bookings or my selected trip.

nothing is too much trouble even if your requests are many and varied, they always find a solution and at good value.

Most helpful and courtious, many thanks.

Very professional with extremely quick responses to email queries. Not flying until January 19 but all preliminaries bode well.

spoke to several staff at different times - all very helpful, polite & friendly

I found Stephen to be very efficient, helpful and patient. Will use BCI again and have no reservations in recommending them

We give Jack 5* rating - he was very knowledgeable and explained our itinerary step by step.

I have Parkinson's disease and Jack went out of his way to organise mobility assistance between the airport and the airport hotel - taking the pressure off us.

We would certainly use his company for future trips

We found Richard knowledgeable and helpful. Anything that he didn't know he quickly found out.

Jack made this experience a good one. He called back when he said he would and came across as enthusiastic and professional. Would recommend this company, and particularly this agent to anyone.

Have been flying business class for the best part of ten years ,didn’t know about business class international.
Will be using them from now on .
Special thanks to Steve life saver got me a last minute flight at great price

This is the first time I have used business class international. I was dealing with Richard. He was excellent very helpful and knowledgeable and also very patient. He organised the flights I wanted on the aircraft type I wanted. I would definitely recommend the company as Richard found very good prices as well, better than I could on line. I will use them again without hesitation.

The dealings that I had with Steve Langton by email and 'phone were first class and he went to endless trouble to get me a deal that was acceptable to both of us and I would not hesitate recommending the company to any of my friends.
